Midtown Key Largo Condo Full of Upgrades w/ Gourmet Kitchen, W/D, WiFi, AC

Be more accurate with amenities. It listed coffee maker, took bag of coffee. It was a kuerig. We just got back from day at beach and in comes a maintenence man...walks right in. Had a message to fix a crack in closet frame. He was very apologetic. The communication was wrong. Did not make us feel very comfortable. Took a long while each morning to get hot water flowing for showers or hand washing.

Wow what a wonderful experience! The unit was perfect to accommodate our group and the perfect location! I reached out to property management a couple times with questions and they were most timely and helpful. Will definitely rent again!

The space was perfect for our family size and we were glad we could all stay together in one unit. The bedrooms, bathrooms and overall living area were clean and comfortable. The light outside was too bright at night, though, and shined into the windows of two of the bedrooms making it difficult to fall asleep. The kitchen had a few disappointments: no regular coffee pot, dirty pan, lack of pans to cook pancakes in (which is one of our vacation traditions). We enjoyed ourselves and the proximity to the beach, Dumser’s and Fagers Island. We would stay here again.

We came down to Ocean City with four different families and this place accommodated us nicely. The location was perfect. The condo was very nice and clean. There was only one issue and that was one of the full baths is only a bathtub. My recommendation would be to turn that bathroom into a shower. But otherwise it was a great place for large families.

Plenty of room for ten. Couldn’t hear neighbors so it must be well insulated. Just needs a thorough cleaning and a couple minor repairs to be top notch.

Condo was conveniently located to many attractions. Well laid out. There were a couple minor issues that were addressed the same day by very polite and efficient man. However, the kitchen is very lacking in dinner plates, silverware and cookware (no cutting board, no baking sheets, and not enough dinner plates for 12). Could use more towels as well. Overall great stay, just wanted to provide feedback.

The room was spacious. That's it...Ants all over the kitchen cabinetry, Mold in the showers, rooms had that mildew smell, had the windows and doors open to help with the odor. Amenities? Laughable. You stay here, youre on your own. 2 rolls of paper for 4 bathrooms, 1 laundry pod, and 3 dishwasher soap pods. For a unit that beds 10 plus people. This place is typical of Ocean city. Over priced and piss poor service. I'm soo disappointed. I do not recommend this unit. I'm not sure if the owner and the agent are 1 in the same. If not, the owner needs to find a new agency..

We really liked the condo…especially the location. We would highly recommend new carpet or putting in hardwood floors in the bedrooms. They were dirty and smelled. Spots on the couch as well. The kitchen was average to below average for pots and pans. It may sound contradicting but we really did liked the place…just wish it would have been cleaner.

A great property that is centrally located to lots of great restaurants and activities. Plenty of space, comfortable beds and great TVs and Wi-Fi.

We loved this place! Very spacious and clean. Great location - walkable to beach, stores, and Seacrets. Only 2 things that were inconvenient. (1) The back door lock doesn’t work correctly. We didn’t know there was a second door when we first arrived and spent 30 minutes trying to get in the back. It’s jammed and will unlock half way then stop. (2) A maintenance man came during our stay and we did not get a warning. All our stuff was out and not protected. I messaged the host to confirm they were supposed to be there with no response.

Wonderful condo! Rented here for my sister bachelorette and we had so much fun! It was very spacious with an open living/ kitchen area. The beach access is only a few steps away! Huge porch to hang out on. Almost every bedroom has a bathroom attached. We had 11 people and it was plenty of space!

Less than ideal. The house was spacious and in a great location. The house was not clean upon arrival and the fridge was not working for the entirety of the stay. Maintenance came to look at it but nothing was fixed. Alll our food spoiled due to this and we could barely cook due to the lack of basic supplies in the kitchen- not one baking sheet in the house. There were ants in the bathrooms and not enough towels for people. One toilet was not clean upon arrival. Outlets in some of the bedrooms didn’t work. The dryer was broken and we were NOT made aware of this before the trip- just a note on the dryer that said “dryer not working” that we didn’t see until we went to use the dryer. We spent over an hour trying to contact the “host” a company called Vacasa on Friday to take care of these issues. Calls were “dropped” and placed on hold many times. Would not book again.

Location and size of unit were very good. Cleanliness was mixed as bathrooms and kitchen were good however floors were dirty and debris was left on table. Balcony was not private as no partition between units. Kitchen and bathrooms were ill equipped. Property manager was unresponsive.

We had a great stay! Great location, lots of space, walking distance to some great restaurants and activities, and overall a great experience. Note that you really do need to provide your own toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap etc. but having stayed at a Vacasa condo before, we were prepared.

Amazing location, place was renovated and overall very nice! Towels provided which was great.

The building was in walking distance of adult and kid friendly activities. The bedrooms had many options to accommodate different family dynamics and most had their own bathrooms.
