Updated ground level condo in a great location! Our condo offers all the amenities of home, while being just a short 3-5 minute walk to The Canyons Cabriolet Ski Lift for full mountain access! It is a quick Uber/Lyft to Old Town Park City, shopping outlets, Olympic Park, and more. Our clubhouse offers hot tubs, two pools, and tennis & volleyball courts (please see hours of operation below). Spend the day mountain biking in the summer or hitting the slopes and relaxing by the fire in the winter!

We offer a newly renovated kitchen with an electric stovetop, a large convection microwave oven, and dishwasher for a quick cleanup. Our bright, inviting, and cozy condo is located just steps away from the Cabriolet Lift in Red Pine Condominiums and is the perfect starting point of fun on the mountainside. We love being able to walk out our front door and stroll down to the lift without having to think about parking or loading up the car! We also love hopping onto the bike path that leads to Old Town - it has a few different routes to choose from and is a great way to exercise AND avoid driving and parking when exploring Main Street.

April 11 - Friday before Memorial Weekend (end of May)
Day after Labor Day (beginning of Sept.) - Thanksgiving

Parking is unassigned so any open spot may be used. Clubhouse passes will be in the condo upon arrival, but the clubhouse may still be entered by letting the front desk know our unit number when visiting. The High Valley Transportation offers a free bus to the outlets and Old Town. The Canyons Village Connect shuttle, Cabriolet Lift, or walking are quick and easy ways to access Canyons Village.

Should you have any questions or concerns during your stay, please don't hesitate to message us via the Airbnb app for a quick response!

The best part about this location is being so close to the ski slopes. It's just a quick walk or shuttle ride to the bottom of the hill. There is a 7-Eleven down the road for any quick supply needs as well as grocery stores just 10 minutes down the road -- Smiths, Walmart, and Whole Foods.

High Valley Transit is Park City's transportation system. It's easy to take the bus around town, and they are free, clean, and incredibly convenient.

The condo also has a free shuttle that will take you up to the gondola. Just download the Canyons Village Connect app to hitch a ride.

2. NO DOGS/SERVICE DOGS/CATS/PETS POLICY
My wife and I stay in the condo on and off throughout the year, and are very allergic. Any kind of pet dander is not welcome.

If you plan on bringing your pet, we would greatly appreciate if you booked somewhere else for your stay.

3. Red Pines Condominiums prohibits smoking throughout the community. Any violation may result in additional fees.

The complex's clubhouse is located just across the parking lot and has the following amenities:

Clubhouse hours are from 12p-9pm. The pools and hot tubs are open from June - Labor Day and from Thanksgiving - mid April. The tennis/pickleball and volleyball courts are open in the summer only.

    If you are staying here during the summer you should know that there is no AC here. It wasn’t too bad for us without it, but I wish they had at least provided a fan. It is still a very nice clean place to stay and the host was easy to communicate with.

    Location location location! This is our fourth time staying in Red Pines. This location is the upper section closer to the village. We walked to the village several afternoons and evenings for Apre' Ski and dinner. The Shuttle service is a plus and typically pretty quick. The unit is as advertised.
