Stayed Sep 18, 2025Property was pet friendly. They did provide some pet supplies like a blanket, bowls, and cleaner for pet messes. They had one pot to cook in. The others were too big to use.Cleanliness was below par. The floors did not look mopped, there were cobwebs and dust all over the place. The primary bedroom does not have a fan (for folks that need a fan). The walls around the bathroom sink had toothpaste all over them. Both faucets had some kind of gross build up on it and the kitchen faucet sprays everywhere, probably due to the build up.The bed in the loft is very wobbly. Anytime you move the bed sways. The sheets for the primary are very loose and would pop off anytime someone made contact with the bed. It is a king size, but it's actually two twins (which is likely why the sheets pop off), they need separate fitted sheets. Also, the curtains in the primary are on backward. It is a very quiet place. It is about 40-45 minutes to bith Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. There is a Bush's Baked Beans museum down the mountain, which was different.I did communicate with the manager. I was informed that the cleaner Angela would be coming up to clean (which wasn't going to work because it was too late in the evening and we had our dog with us that can be quite chatty) but she never showed up and I never heard from management again until I told her we checked out. There is a restaurant close by called The Woodshed. And I am not exaggerating when I say they have THE BEST steak.

Stayed Dec 13, 2024Excellent condo. What you see is what you get, in a good way. We had no interaction with the owner - there was no need to. I would stay here again if what I wanted was seclusion and a break from the busy city life. It is a drive from the entertainment in the area.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Overall, I was really impressed with the property. It was very beautiful and clean. It was June 29-July 1. We stayed in 731. The apartment was clean. The shower head, and water faucet in the kitchen were outdated, to the point of being broken. Other than that, you couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The beds were comfortable. The linens were clean. It was sort of like a home away from home. We would most definitely stay again !!!!!

Stayed Apr 19, 2024My husband and I were pretty happy with the stay. The view from the balcony was amazing, large space for just a couple, full sized and fully stocked kitchen (with all kinds of mini plug in appliances). The only two things that caught my eye was you can tell pets are allowed due to finding dog hair on some towels as well as icy trays. Also, even though the kitchen is fully stocked unfortunately the dishwasher machine was out of order and had to do the dishes by hand (which does not feel like a vacation at that point). The Alexa device was a wonderful help.

Stayed Dec 21, 2023Nice little place for a short stay. Tucked away with pretty views and quiet community, but not too far from Gatlinburg. The loft is perfect for kids. Fireplace was nice with wood provided. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Oct 11, 2023My husband and I came up to stay for a couple nights and we really enjoyed the place! The weather ended up being perfect to sit out on the deck and relax. The inside of the unit was super comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Host gave clear instructions and was easy to get a hold of when we had questions.

Stayed Oct 7, 2023Despite the fact that it’s quite a ways back in the mountain, it was the perfect little spot for our family of three. The loft was a great place for my teen to have her own space. I was surprised how quiet it was, and it’s nicely nestled in the trees. It’s a decent drive to Pigeon Forge, but we already knew that and didn’t mind. We were looking more for a getaway and this fit the bill. The only thing I’d recommend is better lighting in the master bedroom. Very nice place.
