INTERIOR

The newly furnished downstairs includes a fully equipped kitchen with brand newoven, dishwasher, microwave and electric stove top. The kitchen, living, and dining room all flow together in an open plan configuration that gives the home a spacious, light feel and allows for easy entertaining. The ceiling fans, flat screen TV with cable service and free WiFi will enhance your vacation experience. Take to retro open staircase up to the lofted Main on the second level with partial mountain views.



Main Bedroom features a King bed, dresser, side table, TV, and ample closet space. The Main en suite bath has a large soaking tub/shower combo and double vanity.

The Guest Bedroom is located on the first floor, features a queen-size bed, night stand, dresser, and closet. The guest bath with a shower is just across the hall from the guest bedroom.



OUTDOOR

BBQ grill is located on the Eastern exposure back patio with a dining table for 4. Community salt water pool, spa, tennis court, and pickleball courts are steps away. Guest are welcome to park in the one car garage, and also utilize driveway parking. Full-size washer & Dryer are located in the garage.

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner.     This is a roomy, attractive, comfortable and well-equipped condo in the best location in town - a few steps from El Paseo and all the best shopping and restaurants. Service is very friendly and responsive.

    The condo was excellent and totally meet our needs. Very spacious with many amenities. Probably to big for just the two of us.. ha ha. We are also appreciative of Ashley for coordinating and booking and to Boris for his attention to our small plumbing concern. 4.5 Stars is our rating.

    I would highly recommend the unit at 45418 lupine lane. First the location is great. You are within walking distance of most restaurants and a great grocery store Jensen Foods. There is no need for a rental car if you stay at this unit. The unit is well appointed. The kitchen looks like it has been recently remodeled. The appliances are great and it is equipped enough for you to be able to cook meals in when you like. The bath room in the Master bedroom is large and recently redone. The outdoor area is spacious and comfortable and just a few steps from the pool. The rental company Palm Desert Vacation Rentals is also great to work with. They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. In summary a great rental. I will rent there again next time we are in Palm Desert.
