My Friend and I genuinely enjoyed our stay here. Communication was so easy via email. Matthew was very attentive and made sure we were enjoying our stay. We had everything we needed and more. The view was so perfect and beautiful. It’s a great property, quite, and clean. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends. We look forward to booking here again in the near future.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, check in was easy and property manager was responsive. WiFi signal wasn’t great but that might just be an MGM resort thing. Starbucks on the ground floor was nice. Easy walk to MGM food court and casino. Also close to Monorail station which was easy transport to strip hotels like the Venetian and the Sphere. Would stay here again.

Great views from balcony! Easy check in and out. Tower 1 is an easy walk to the MGM casino and the monorail, which will get you close enough to everything else. It’s nice to come back after a day out and about and not have to walk through a crowded casino to get to your room. The free valet parking was an added bonus since we rented a car one day. Like other reviews stated, tower 1 is the older of the 3 and the unit could use updates as it is showing some signs of wear. It was very clean though and we will definitely stay again if we get back to Las Vegas. Paper supplies, dish soap, shampoo, towels, dishes, etc provided were plenty for our stay. If you’re looking for a reasonable place to stay in Vegas and want to have a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the strip this is the place!

My husband and I were just in Las Vegas for the Super Bowl and stayed at this wonderful condo. It’s got a great balcony overlooking everything, and a great location. Unlike dealing with the crowds on the Resort side, the condo is in a separate tower. where is very easy to access everything. No lines for Ubers or taxis, as it was a lot more quiet on this side. Yet, you can access the MGM Grand casino, and all of the wonderful restaurants in the MGM without leaving the building. Matt was easy to deal with and very communicative. Check in was breeze. There is even a private owners lounge/bar off the lobby, as well as a Starbucks. We couldn’t have asked for more. We would definitely recommend this place for a stay on the strip and we will definitely be back.

Great place to stay! Nice room, comfy bed and awesome view. Great location

The room was very nice and clean a perfect location. However, check in time was 4 pm got to the room and it was not cleaned. Walked back down to the check in for assistance because our room was a third party they could not help us but gave us a number to call. Called the number no answer and could not leave VM because it was full. Emailed owner who responded quickly. Room was ready 45 minutes which delayed our already planned evening.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet-Perfect place to stay; great communication and easy check in/out. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!
