MGM Signature-23-811 F1 Track & Strip View Studio

Property condition and clearness are both good. Valet parking was not available most times at evening. Self parking is about 1-1.5 miles away. Not peasant journey at night! Wi-Fi was not properly working most time of stay and it did take a lot of calls and emails to make it working. The hotel support on this issue was not acceptable.

We got the best strips view for New Year fireworks and Sphere. The condo is clean and comfortable. It will be our first choice next time.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff was very helpful with luggage and local information. Thankfully no smoking was allowed, unlike the 'gambling resorts,' where there was smell of smoke was everywhere. The room was beautifully kept, and the view of the city was phenomenal. The F1 race track was close by and we were able to watch the practice runs right from our window. We would definitely stay at this 5 star property again.

The property was clean and had a complete stuff that you’ll need for staying in a condo/hotel like kitchen, utensils, refrigerator, microwave etc. definitely will recommend to everyone that want a place to stay while in Las Vegas.

Location is great. The room needs a bit of a refresh with updated charging ports or electrical plugs for each side of the bed.

Disappointed that the unit did not have a balcony as we thought was advertised. The unit is dated and is in much need of a facelift. Owner very responsive and the communication was stellar. Great location.

My wife and I stayed here for our 25th! It was marvelous! I enjoyed everything space, neatness, location!! I would love to come back again …..Soon

We had tickets for the Sphere to see U2. It was great because we could see the Sphere out of the window from our suite. The room has a great view. We arrived late so followed the directions for late arrivals and checked in no problem. From the MGM Signature suites you can walk from tower to tower to the MGM and they have the moving escalators all indoor. We walked over to MGM to shop, eat, and to catch the monorail. They have a Share Ride pick up area to get Lyft and Uber at the suites, but once we found the monorail we used that instead. The room is just like advertised. Clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The elevators are across the hall, so easy in and out. The room was quiet. Communication with the owners was spot on. They got back to me within a few minutes if I had questions. The building is fully fire sprinklered and we felt very safe the whole time we were there. We would definitely stay there again.

This room was amazing! Everything was thought of and more! Have not a single complaint or thought of improvement! Incredible view and close enough to everything to be able to walk! Thank you so much! We will definitely be staying here again!

Love the MGM Signature for the location and offerings. Much quieter than a traditional Casino Resort on strip. Pool access to MGM but never left Sig Pools. Easy access to Ubers . Road construction in preparation for F1 is terrible right now, but temporary. Super easy check in. Friendly staff.
