MGM Signature-10-717 F1 Strip View Balcony Studio

This my first trip using Expedia so imma leave a really detailed review for y’all! Pros: valet and bell hops are very helpful and friendly. The security is top notch from the gate to the front desk. The view from the balcony is amazing and worth every penny. Restrooms were clean and shower was wonderful. The kitchen has everything you need from knives to pots, pans, and even plates it’s honestly one of a kind experience Cons: The appliances in the room are outdated. The jacuzzi was dirty and left dirty residue. There’s a huge crack under the front door so it makes a loud whistle noise if the balcony door is open (quick towel fixes it) You can hear everything around you cause walls are super thin. But biggest con of all is the fact I had to leave…I’ll definitely book this room next time I’m in Vegas! Appreciate you guys again and if y’all can get a smart tv in there so I can watch Netflix thanks

I was skeptical about this property when I booked but pleasantly, it turned out to be best decision. It is very well connected to MGM Grand, so convenient, secure, super clean, easy access to strip and great communication with owner. Our stay was so comfortable. Definitely recommending this to my family and friends. Best value for money.

Very Nice Venue! Room was Clean and Amenities were Perfect

Rude people, old building, old furniture, horrible mattress and bedding, and should be priced like a 2-star hotel. Most MGM properties are crappy and thought this would be a bit better, it’s the same ole disappointment.

The condo was overall very clean and comfortable. Bed was super clean and comfy. Loved sitting on the balcony to unwind. Check in was easy and valet was professional and courteous. Really loved the location and all the access to the MGM amenities. The signature pool was really nice and much less crowded that the main MGM pool. Just a couple small annoyances, the pull out couch was old and soiled. We placed a sheet over it when sitting on it. Also there were no hangers in the closet. The owner was very responsive and had hanger sent up the next day. However they only brought 4 and 2 broke upon hanging our clothes. Despite the small annoyances, I would recommend this stay!

I had to come to Las Vegas for. Conference at the Venetia and by the time I booked room rates were almost $500+ at the hotel with my conference. I was able to book here. The condo was much nicer than a hotel. I loved having the balcony. Many of the streets where ripped up in preparation for the an upcoming formula one race. I had planned on taking the bus on Koval to my hotel, but it wasn’t running. I ended up doing a lot of extra walking. Ubers were in predictable because so many streets were closed. On the last day I figured out that I could have used the tram an boucht a three day unlimited pass and saves time and money. It is a great place to stay if you need to come to Las Vegas and want to be close to the strip. It is close to the Spherw too. I will stay again.

Overall it was great, the cold water faucet needed to be fixed and the carpet was really dirty and sticky in some places, needed a deep cleaning

Excellent location Everything as expected

Great location, beautiful view, easy access through the MGM, nice walk through a long hallway to the MGM, lazy river/pool and monorail service to the strip (definitely saves your feet a bit) We will definitely stay here again.

Booked this for a girls trip. Great location. Within walking distance to the venue where we attended a concert. Parking was very easy with the valet service. Did not take long at all to get the car. Front desk was super nice.

Exactly what it should be except for the mattress. Signature is a great property, and this was a great condo. But You could feel the 2 distinct imprints from people sleeping in the bed, old spring mattress, no topper. Consider my review 5 stars once the mattress is replaced.
