Mesquite Hideaway- Downtown Luxury Loft w/ free parking

Excellent place to stay!!

We did not do any cooking during our stay but the kitchen was great for morning coffee, snacks and food that was brought in. We enjoyed our stay, it was clean, organized, and close to everything. We hope to come again.

The place was so clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The distance was easy for all the things we wanted to do. Highly recommend this place!

We recently stayed at Mesquite Hideaway while moving our son into Baylor for his freshman year. We wanted a place close to campus that was walkable to restaurants and had enough space for our family of 5. Check in was a breeze, the building was secure (coded to get in) & the designated parking space was close by. The beds were extremely comfortable - which was a plus for my bad back - and the decor was cute and functional. We got caught in a huge thunderstorm during move in, so we really appreciated having the washer & dryer in the unit. Another huge plus was the amazing bookstore right next door. We love shopping local & Fabled Bookshop had so many cool things to bring home as souvenirs from our trip. We will definitely be back to stay!

This was a girl’s getaway and we loved every minute! The loft is awesome and comfortable and has everything you need. The beds are super comfy annd the bathrooms are sizable and have all you need and the location is perfect for any shopping you have come to do at Spice Village! Fabled (the bookstore on the corner of the lofts building) is ADORABLE and was great to shop and sit and relax, the cutest! We’ll be back!

Only stayed one night, but the condo was clean, quiet, and very comfortable! Perfect downtown location- don’t forget to grab coffee at Fabled bookstore in the same building for a nice treat.

This property was great! The location made it easily walkable for shopping and meals. The condo was very cute and comfortable. The hosts communicated and made arrival and departure so easy! Such a fun spot and the decor was perfect for girls weekend.

Property walking distance to Dr Pepper Museum, Magnolia and numerous shops/restaurants, and short drive to zoo and Baylor museums that kept 3 yr old GK happy and adults busy..Marvelous bookstore adjacent to property.

Loved it so much, we hated to leave!

The unit was clean and cute. The Silos were about a ten-minute walk in one direction and in the opposite direction, Spice Village (a must see for shopping) was only one block away. We lucked into being their the same weekend as the Waco Farmers Market in their new location. It was walkable and worth going. The bookstore in the same building as our unit was the perfect way to end the night with a glass of wine and walking around looking at books.

My sister & I stayed here for a sisters weekend and loved it. The condo is close to everything including Fabled, a lovely bookstore just right outside in the same building. I do recommend packing slippers unless you’re staying in the warmer months. The concrete floors were chilly! But the condo itself is outfitted well with everything you need. Even though it’s on a busy street & basically on the ground level, we had no trouble with noise - pretty quiet overall.

Amazing Waco rental in the heart of downtown and close to restaurants, bars and silos. Thank you to the amazing owners and staff for an incredible stay. Great accommodations, cool, modern vibe, and excellent communication throughout the process.

The rental was excellent and perfect for our stay. Management was very responsive and the check in/out process simple. The property was conveniently located and very clean. The place was just a listed. We will definitely stay there again.

Perfect place to stay if you want a central location. The condo was beautiful, quiet and very comfortable. Communication with the owner was great and so easy. You couldn’t ask for a better experience.

The process was so easy and communication was exceptional each step of the way! My girls and I enjoyed the time together and the “at home” feeling that was provided. This condo was just as expected. It worked great for the girls trip that a friend and I took. Both bedrooms were comfortable and having our own bathrooms was a big plus. Parking was super convenient & we could walk to all the things we wanted to do. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the Silos and right next to the Dr Pepper museum. Close to downtown bars and restaurants, and the Saturday farmers market. The bookstore in the building is great as well!

We were meeting for a mini- family reunion. This is an awesome 2BR 2 Bath with fullsize kitchen snd very comfortable beds :) GREAT location. The property mgt. helped along the way answer any and all questions. Wish I had a week here!!

The property management was wonderful to work with, answering questions, providing needed information etc. The property was safe, clean, and steps away from many favorites. If you have heavy luggage, there are several steps out front to maneuver, but the loft is on the main level, so very convenient. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property within walking distance of magnolia silos

The rental was excellent. Had a great time. Walking distance to the silos and many fine restaurants.

The place was just as listed. Clean, great decor and blocks from the magnolia farms. Love the location. My wife and I have already decided that this will be our place when we need a get away from Dallas hands down.

My sister and I treated my mom to a birthday trip to the Magnolia Silos, and this was the PERFECT spot for us to call home during our stay. The loft was clean, comfortable, and an easy walk to the Silos. Loved it!
