Mesa Haven | Downtown Durango Access, Pool/Hot Tub, Near FLC and Golf

Property is clean and well maintained. Very quiet too. Easy access in and out. Local shops were about a 5min drive, 15 walk. Grocery store was about a 10min drive. Highly recommend

We really appreciated the parking being very close to the condo, with only a short distance and minimal stairs to manage ski equipment—such a bonus after a long day on the slopes. The space itself was warm, cozy, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and feel at home.The only minor challenge was that the dryer required multiple cycles to fully dry clothes. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and we would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Nice place. We had everything we needed. Although way too cold, the pool was nice and clean. The hot tub was nice. The grills in the pool area were clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I did not get responses right away when I had questions but it was within 6 hours or less. I have no complaints. I’d stay there again.

The kitchen is very well organized and stocked. As a matter of fact the entire condo had everything we needed plus. Location is great .

Very clean condo was perfect for our family stay. Living room furniture was a little tired and unit is dated, but the cleanliness and well appointed accessories made our stay nice. Would recommend it for a functional and budget-friendly stay.

Was very nice and clean. The only thing was the people upstairs were very loud and vacuum at 10.30 at night heavily walking it was the only thing that was not good.

We loved staying at this property. Great location for us to visit our daughter going to school. However, lots of noise in the unit above us. Some type of party. Wasn’t out of control but definitely noisy. Other than that, property was perfect!

Great property and location. The buildings in the complex are a bit older, but well maintained. This unit was very spacious and in excellent shape. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials to make for a very convenient stay. Definitely met our expectations, we’ll be booking here again on our next trip to Durango.

Loved the place! Exactly as it looked in the pictures, very nice. Comfy beds and super close to downtown Durango! Very convenient! Only problem was that we couldn’t find any of the “pool towels” but we ended up bringing our own anyways for the hot springs, so it’s really not enough to matter!

Well equipped and spacious accommodation. Close to Main Street for shops, places to eat and the Durango to Silverton train station. We loved our stay in Durango.

The Ferringway is an awesome location. The welcome boxes for kitchen and bath were great. The books were great. All and all it was a very nice place.

This rental was cozy and provided just the amount of space and amenities that our family needed. We love the location and the process of booking, checking in, and checking out was seamless. The property appeared just as it was listed online. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect for our family. The location was central to downtown and the college. The condo had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The king size bed was very comfortable. The second bedroom was great for kids. Our little loved all the books and the bunk bed. The host was very clear and helpful in their communications and reached out to see if we needed anything during our stay. Would highly recommend.

It is a great condo close to town but not so close that it is noisy. The common area around the pool and hot tub is clean and nice. Everything works and the management company even provides everything you need for the kitchen and bath. This was a nice touch. I would return to this same unit next time I am in Durango. Only things to note: Pool closes at 9pm Pillows are a bit hard (some like this so not necessarily bad just good to know)

Nice location away from downtown. Place was very nice and comfortable. We had a little bit of a problem with the electrical outlets. A few had to have the cord held in place with something. It was a nice touch in the kids room to have classic books. There were Nancy Drew, Heidi and many more. :)

We biked, we hiked, we fished, we boated, we ate, and we drank. It was all amazing. We will be back to do it all again. ?
