Great location but dirty - dust everywhere, stained bedsheets, mildew odors in BR

The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything needed. Loved the fireplace too.

Tracy was an amazing host. So attentive and pleasant. The unit has everything you need and very clean. Perfect location. Everything was perfect. Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing location ski in and out very cozy fully equipped kitchen and very accommodating host. We had a blast

The place was clean but the carpet really needs replaced - it does not look clean. Garage parking is a plus. I liked the extra security of having door codes to enter the building and garage. Pets were permitted. Firewood was provided.

A nice peekaboo Mountain View. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. A little noisy due to neighboring construction, but it’s finishing up.Great property for the price.

The location is great; the host was very responsive; the decor could use a refresh (hallways and entry are worn and chipped, there is no door separating the bathroom from the hallway (although the toilet has a door) so there was less privacy than we hoped for, bedroom is dark and some lights were hard to turn on.) However, the host was very nice and the price is better than the big lodge in town and for that, it was worth the less fancy room and building. Parking was great, very convenient and we would recommend! We come every year to Mammoth Trail Fest with a lot of friends.

Very spacious and right is the heart of the town. Perfect location for both winter and summer.

There was a mouse in the house

This place was great. It was very close to the village. Easy to get to. The indoor pool & spa were nice. One thing though, looks like the propane tank in the BBQ grill was out so I used the induction stove instead.

Steps away from the village gondola, this was a great location for a weekend get away! Well stocked and comfortable for a couple or small family. Will definitely keep this one on our favorites list for future trips.

Location is outstanding if you want to be at the Village. Unit is very comfortable and was a great value. Had plenty of basic supplies (cooking supplies, sugar, ziplock bags, etc). I would definitely stay here again.

Loved it

This place was perfect for a ski trip. It was very comfortable, had great amenities, and you can’t beat the location. It’s just steps from the village gondola and Mammoth Brewing and so convenient to walk around. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was exactly as pictured. A bit dated but well stocked and an excellent location. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.

We enjoyed our stay and especially loved the convenient location! The owners were very helpful. We’ll be back!

The place was very nice and had everything we needed for a few days. It was cozy and perfect for a ski trip. When we first arrived, tired after the long drive etc., it had not been cleaned. The property manager got on it right away. But we had to go get some food while we waited. It was done in short order and the property manager offered to pay for our dinner but I was so tired and forgot to forward the receipt. I should have. A for down pillows and bedding. This is a HUGE thing for me.Please throw away the little rug in the bathroom. It was kinda gross. I almost bought a new one for you.

Super convenient location next to gondola for easy slope access and Village for New Year’s Eve fireworks!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was exactly as advertised, fantastic location, clean, and plenty of firewood. The wood-burning fireplace was especially appreciated after a long day on the mountain.

Exactly as advertised. Had a wonderful stay. Owner was easy to deal with and very responsive. Looking forward to renting again. Not only this property but also other properties in other locations.

we were literally steps from the village. Great location. It's right across from the new construction, so if construction noise is an issue that would be the only drawback. We were only there at night and up pretty early so it wasn't much of an issue for us. We'd definitely stay here again.

The Wife, Myself and our dog stayed for 5 days. Enjoyed outdoor activities during the day and Enjoyed the local restaurants and bars that were very close and walkable. Condo was fully stocked and had everything thing we needed and more. Owners kept in touch to make sure everything was great during our stay. Had a great time and would definitely rent from them again.
