Stayed Apr 2, 2026201W is a GREAT condo!Plenty of room to spread out, awesome location, access to Ike's Beach Service. This is a 10 out of 10!I would definitely recommend stocking more glassware and more dish towels!Check in was a bit confusing….but they were so prompt in answering any and all questions. It's very secure and safe. I can't say enough great things about it!

Stayed May 30, 2024All 5 stars here. The place was fantastic and we would definitely rent again. Clean, and the office was able to arrange for us to check in a couple of hours early, which greatly helped! Thank you, Nikki!! Only downside was the shortage of parking spaces on site for a second car. There were some second car parking spots but I had to park across the street on two nights. But all in all, was a wonderful experience.

Stayed Apr 27, 2024We have stayed in over a dozen properties along the gulf and this one was the best. Having a whole floor, or half a floor I guess, was awesome. The place was clean and we felt safe. The location was perfect. We will most definitely return.

Stayed Mar 24, 2024Amazing, amazing, amazing! Location was great! The property was stunning and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The photos simply cannot do the property and views justice. Everyone in our group had a wonderful time. The private beach and pool access from the balcony was such an added bonus! Prickett Properties was wonderful to work with. Communications were fast and effective. The experience and the property were A+++.

Stayed Oct 6, 2023Booked just prior to our stay. Communication with the renting agency was above and beyond. Condo is huge and would be perfect for a large family. Was hesitant about staying next to The Flora-Bama but even that was perfect. It was like having a private concert while sitting on the beach. Also, the Worship on the Water was amazing!! Several delicious restaurants within walking distance (and Waffle House!) Already planning next year.

Stayed Sep 10, 2022This was the perfect condo for 4 couples. It was much larger than we anticipated. From the balcony on 3 sides, to the private baths for each room, this was a great getaway for us. The in-room ice maker and wet bar was a great bonus. Already looking forward to next year! We barely left the area, with the FloraBama, Ole River Grill and Yacht Club adjacent, there was no need unmet! Waffle House was a late night fave for this group as well!

Stayed Jan 29, 2022Prickett Properties was always available to help with tv connections and remotes, appliances that did not work or needed replacing as well as numerous issues we had while we were at this lovely condo for three weeks. This was a new listing for VRBO and the new owner was not aware of the many problems we experienced. The rental agency took care of our many requests .
