Mediterranea Penthouse with Gulf Views, Community Pool and Private Balcony

The pictures inside the listing don’t do it justice. We come down to Miramar Beach a lot. We have stayed in some nice places. This might be our favorite. When you park in the covered parking garage you have two assigned spots. They are basically 5 steps away from the elevator. You take the elevator up to the 5th floor and you come out right to the front doors of this condo. This place is decorated very nice. The rooms are absolutely huge and so are the closets. The pool at this complex is amazing. I would say it’s probably one of the largest in Miramar Beach. We have stayed in larger complexes with a much smaller pool. We will be back!

I’ve stayed at this property in many different units and the penthouse is the worst! We experienced bug issues, electrical issues, and a major safety concern! There was a large piece of the roof of the balcony they was dangling for FIVE days before it was removed. I called to report and follow up twice a day with no action taken. Everyone wanted to point the finger at whose responsibility it was to take care of it. It was embarrassing to hear all the other guests around the pool talking about it everyday. Not to mention this unit came with NO beach chairs! I had to pay an extra 1100 for 6 chairs for the week. And they only took cash, no credit cards! I would NEVER pay top dollar to stay in this unit again! We are booked in a different 3-bedroom this summer!

We booked this property to attend a music festival and to visit the area for the 1st time. The location could not be more perfect. We were walking distance to the festival and a short ride share to all of the main areas that we wanted to visit. The condo is goegeous and the photos do not do it justice. It was extremely clean, well stocked with towels, dishes, silverware, and bathroom supplies. It is also much larger than we expected. The balcony and main living areas have a breathtaking view of the ocean and the community was safe and quite. We would highly recommend this property and are already thinking about our next trip back.

Very nice

The penthouse was absolutely gorgeous and as advertised. We hosted our wedding with family and friends and had a wonderful time. The reception and ceremony could not have been better!

The property was very nice and clean. I wasnt given a code to the gate to access the propertyy or the pool. A man was there working on the gate at arrival so there were no issues. Whem i left later at night i could not get in and nobody answered the phone. I sat out of the gait waiting for over an hour until someone else visiting the property came and told me the code. Very nice visitors gave me the beach access code

This penthouse and the location were amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone! Being right off the water makes for spectacular sunrises and sunsets!

Honestly this wasn't a very clean in this unit. Hair in the showers, empty beer cans on balcony. Counter tops was greasy and even toenail clippings on the bedroom floor. empty juice box under bed. Shower didn't work in one of the bathrooms nor did the jacuzzi tub jets. After numerous calls to get through to anyone to address the broken things i finally got through. They fixed it and the very next day the shower tore up again. Also with the blinds on the patio doors. They was slowly falling off because the was only held up by scotch tape instead of being replaced properly. Just saying for what i spent to stay there i expected better. As far as the unit as a whole it was spacious for our family and hopefully stay there in the future with everything fixed

The property was simply spectacular!! The view is the best! Beds are comfortable, and the place is very spacious..we are definitely coming back!!
