Stayed Oct 13, 2025Construction on roof is scheduled for several months and we were not told prior to arrival. We would not have stayed there if we had been informed. Also we saw 3 or 4 dead roaches there. Maybe coming from construction. But not bringing my suitcase into the house.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024We enjoyed staying at this property; it has a wonderful view of the pool and ocean. The grounds of the property were very beautiful. The property was clean and had lots of sleeping options, the pull out couch was the best we've ever slept on. Very appreciative of that. Only recommendation is that this property does not come with the umbrella/chairs at the beach like some others and it's cash only to purchase for the week which we did not know. It would be helpful for the property managers to have let us know ahead of time about this as most condos we've stayed at in the resort do include that in the rental. Overall, great stay, though!

Stayed Jul 26, 2023This property was exactly like the listing described. The unit is clean, comfortable and well equipped. The pool is amazing and was not crowded. The beach is right across the street and there are plenty of amenities near. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 17, 2023After many years in Destin, this was our first time staying at Mediterranea. We loved the complex and the condo. It was very convenient to everything and the grounds and pool are very well maintained. Our condo was very clean and well stocked with all the necessary items plus some. We will be back for sure.
