I cannot say enough how having these shops and restaurants below will change your entire ease of vacationing! A true break not having to spend a large majority fighting traffic and wasting on too many groceries! There is even a hair salon below, toys and boogie boards in the ice cream shop, and plenty of picnic tables to set lakeside in the back of the beautifully large resort.

THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA:

• It’s a new attraction: Fun for all ages, located right on the ground floor of the resort in Panama City Beach!

POOLS/HOT TUBS:
Did we mention there are 5 pools here, 2 hot tubs, more than any other resort in Panama City Beach or the gulf coast! With long hours open into the evening / night, this creates many memory opportunities for your little swimmers, and late night hours when kiddos are usually enjoying their vacation even from sunup to sundown.
• Our kiddie pool is located just below the balcony here which makes it fun for families to stay connected.

LOCATION:
This resort is around the corner from SO many fun activities and convenient shops. GoKarts, surf souvenir shops, restaurants and donut shops, Walmart, and the beloved Panama City Beach's Pineapple Willy's restaurant (just across the street).

PARKING/SECURITY:
Feel good about your stay here with a property patrol that walks the property and guards our front entrance gated property 24/7. We require armbands to be worn and offer two parking garages on site so your vehicle is always in covered parking!

CLOSE TO ELEVATORS:
Located just off the elevators, 3 floors above the kiddie pool, this unit sits on the 7th floor, yet ***feels much safer*** like the 3rd due to the pool and pool area so close below.

PARKING FEE:
The resort collects a one-time fee for parking of $78.17, which can be completed ahead of time with US. Save time in line with Coastal Beach Getaways properties, communicating and sending links to help you and your guests have everything ready upon arrival! Guests 12 and under are not required to wear a wristband.

OUTDOOR SECURITY:
This unit is protected by 1 nest outdoor camera secured on the entrance door. This one camera is located on the exterior of the home only. There will be no presence of cameras indoors nor any recording of any kind inside of this unit!

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
Additionally, the resort's convenient proximity to the beach allows for PRIVATE resort beach access JUST ACROSS THE STREET as well as 3 other public beach accesses across the street as well, just in front of the resort.

No Parties, No smoking, No unauthorized Guests allowed.

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. This agreement includes a $500 security deposit hold collected via Stripe payment processor (link sent after booking). The hold on the card is released within 7 days of your departure date.

WRISTBANDS:
You will be given access to 7 wristbands left in the room, upon checkout we will verify if any wristbands are misplaced, lost, stolen, etc. IF less than 7 wristbands are left in unit there will be a $100 replacement fee charged back to your booking.

MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK:
We do accept rot bookings from guests 21 years and under, nor third party bookings.
Any violation of this party will be called, verified, and reported through Airbnb. At time of discovery, you may or may NOT be entitled to a refund for the reservation.
