This was our first, but not last, visit to this beautiful resort. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable and it had all the amenities you need to cook meals -from crockpot, griddle, several pots, pans, skillets. The balcony was large with comfortable seating, but the view was the best. The rental chairs & umbrella were very reasonable & it was a close walk to the beach. The pool was nice & the indoor pool could come in handy.

The balcony is fantastic, especially on raining days. The kitchen had adequate utensils. The bathrooms had a ton of towels which we appreciated.

Gorgeous views from the condo and balcony! We loved the location and the condo was laid out nicely! The balcony was our favorite spot anytime of the day or night and has so much space!!

We had a great time on our vacation at Beach Colony! This was our first time staying in Perdido Key and everything from communication with the owner’s, cleanliness of the condo, the reserved covered parking spot, and location was great! Loved the big balcony and the view. Elevator was always pretty quick. I do wish there had been an additional lock on the door up higher so our 3 year old couldn’t reach it but not a big deal. No complaints! Would stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying here and it was an accurate description to what we got. Great communication, even got in a little early when we arrived, which was very kind to do. I am quite particular with cleanliness and passed my test. It was a comfortable place to stay. The only thing I would recommend changing regarding the condo itself is it could use new faucets in the kitchen and bathroom. The only down falls (nothing to do with the condo) is it was like a wind tunnel by the pool every single day and the outdoor pool was freezing. So we never could use or enjoy but went down to the beach which was beautiful. The indoor pool doors were either broken or very difficult to open, and the elevator was a bit finicky. There was one older lady security guard who was quite the grouch, but everyone else was pleasant..

Everything was exactly as described in the listing. It was great in every way! We love the location of Beach Colony. The managers of this unit, seaandsky rentals, were wonderfully responsive to questions.This was so important because we'd rented thru other managers who were unresponsive.

This condo was perfect for a family Spring Break getaway! We enjoyed the beach, and the view was stunning all day long. We felt safe and enjoyed the driving proximity to shopping, restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend!

We'll likely return to this property. Great location, very clean but appreciated that it didn't smell chemical clean. Staff very responsive as needed. We are all about quiet and no crowds. Found it here. There was some construction going on while we were here that created some inconveniences but easy to work around. Thank you!

Very nice place, well furnished and clean. Note: Bathrooms may need some uplifting, but nothing major. Communication with management prior to arrival and during our stay was excellent. Easy access to the beach and swimming pools.

Every thing was great overall; our first stay in Perdido Key. Only issue was the master mattress was way too soft, and the sheets/mattress pad weren’t very clean. We washed them before using, then brought our own set. But the location and beach access were tremendous!! Thanks!

The Perdido Key beach is so beautiful! It was fun to watch the waves from the deck every am! We love swimming in the gulf, pools, cooking and eating fresh fish!

Needs to be updated & cleaned

Our girls weekend trip was very nice. Place was perfect and spacious for us. Robert did an amazing job making sure we were settled in. He was very helpful and responded quick when needed. Thank you so much!

Overall we loved our week at the condo! We love coming back to the Beach Colony every year. There was a vent cover missing in the Master bedroom, which the owner/rental company was notified of! Great condo!

This is a very nice property in a great location at the quiet end of Perdido Key. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book it again.
