The Maui Sunset is famous for its manicured lawns and ocean front location, the wide V shape of the two buildings assure everyone is looking towards the ocean. BUT this condo is on the top floor and closest one bedroom to the ocean. Only the 2 bedrooms are closer. I love this view.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was fine. There was an error in the dates, which caused us to pay for three days that we weren't there, which cost me $900. Not happy about that.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wooden furniture filthy under neath, swivel chair tipped to the right about 6 inches, guest bathroom plumbing very filthy, shower curtain not secure, etc...

Kihei is a “central” location on the Maui, so made destinations equidistant. Overall very happy with condo, lots of decent/reasonable restaurants, shave ice, bakeries, Safeway & Foodland, very close.
