Maui Sunset #A216 - Oceanview King Bed, 1BR, 2 BA Condo

This location is terrific; close enough to be walkable to stores and restaurants, but quiet enough to be very relaxing. The room is clean, and stocked with the little things that make a vacation comfortable and easy. You can’t find a better host and the people who support the unit are the very best too! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this host, and this property, to anyone looking for a great Maui vacation.

Loved our unit in the Maui Sunset, particularly the closet full of beach chairs and other necessities. My only warning about this unit is that the balcony gets full sun all day. As someone prone to burning, i couldnt use it during the day. Nevertheless, we plan to stay here again.

The condo is cute, clean & has everything we needed for our 10 night stay. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, Tupperware, pots/pans, silverware, blender, and even some spices & condiments. There is plenty of linen for the bed(s), towels, beach towels, and the front closet is stocked with everything you need to enjoy Maui (beach chairs, golf balls, cooler, toys for kids, etc.). The living room/dining room is spacious and opens onto a south facing sunny lanai that overlooks the complex’s gardens, pool and ocean a short distance away. It was a bonus to have two full baths for getting ready. The complex is in a great location with lots of restaurants, supermarkets and coffee all nearby. The complex itself is meticulously kept & the gardens are beautiful. There was always parking available. The pool is refreshing, lots of chairs & loungers & the hot tub is lovely to relax in. A short 1 minute walk from the pool over the lawn and your feet are in the sand with the ocean lapping at the shore. The only negative of the complex (it’s nice but how it was handled was not) is quiet hours. From 10pm to 8am is quiet hours which is lovely so it’s not loud, but the security guards are over the top - there were people above and over a unit or two from us who kept getting flashlighted & told to go inside but we didn’t even know they were there or heard them at all. Honestly the guards were more obnoxious & caused more noise than anyone on their lanai. We loved our stay & can’t wait to return!

Everything about this accommodation was perfect! The owner was prompt and responsive . The grounds and pool were immaculately maintained. The location was also very convenient . I highly recommend this condo for your Maui vacation.

Great pool and grounds! Teenage grandchildren had a perfect time playing tennis, swimming in the pool, and enjoying the grounds.

Loved the complex. Shuffle board, croquet, and tennis were big hits. The beach toys, chairs, towels, and coolers were perfect. Check out the Maui guidebook on the shelf. It was perfect for our exploration!

This unit and property are very well maintained with numerous amenities available. The unit was exactly as advertised, even better than the pictures, well appointed, and comfortable. We enjoyed the second floor location with a view of the pool and beach. The full second bathroom was an unexpected bonus and it was nice to have an extra single bed for two ladies traveling together. I highly recommend this unit.

Our family loved staying here. It was very clean and quiet. We loved being so close to the pool and ocean. We would stay there again.

Exceeded all my expectations! Having lived on Maui before I knew great places to stay. This condo was in the perfect location, close to everything, clean and spacious and so very affordable. I will be back every year!

The property was great overall, with easy access to the pool, hot tub, and beach. There are lots of beach supplies in the entry closet, although we only used the cooler and towels ourselves. The sunset views from the property are amazing. The dishwasher needs replacement (or maybe cleaning?) since it never got our dishes clean.We used the washing machine quite a bit, and it works well but the dryer is very slow, so be prepared for that.The beds were comfortable, but the pull out couch I wouldn’t recommend to anyone other than light children.

We had a wonderful time staying at this location! Very nice area and easy to drive to fun hot spots and beaches.

My husband and I stay every year at the Maui Sunset, to visit our daughter that lives on the island. This is our first time staying with Terry. Condo is very clean and close to the pool. This would be ideal if we were traveling with kids. Will stay again!!

Condo was clean and in great condition. Awesome location. Property manager/owner was quick to respond to messages. No complaints about anything!

Totally enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect as my wife loves to dip her toes in the ocean and walk on the beach. Watching the sunsets each night was also a bonus.

Arrived at property and check in was super easy. Property was clean and as described. Resort amenities were nice and location is close to area activities and an easy short drive to the airport. Would recommend! Gave 4 stars for cleanliness only because the bath towels had a slight musty odor, shower in master bedroom was not totally clean and the closet with the beach stuff smelled quite bad.

A little north of the touristy area of south Maui. Unit includes multiple beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler, ice packs, kids toys, beach mats, etc. Complex includes gas grills and a private pool. Beach nearby full of eels and pufferfish at night. Unit is bigger than the pictures show. Great home base for your Maui vacation.

Everything we could ask for. Perfect for our needs. Looking to book again next year.
