Maui Sunset #A-407 Oceanfront Complex, Great Rates, Full A/C, Fitness Center

The host was very amenable. It was very clean and comfortable. There were a few things that could be improved - the broom handle was broken. A wall hanging fell off the wall and broke.

We stayed for a month. Was a great spot. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the easy access to so many amenities in Kihei. The unit itself is a bit ‘tired, could use some fresh paint, etc. But we were very comfortable and loved the view from the 4th floor.

The condo is in great location bring oceanfront. The condo itself you could hear the elevator a bit from the bedroom. It is fully stocked with everything you need . Not sure if the bed was a queen it did seem a bit small. Very clean and stocked when we arrived . Didn’t use the dishwasher as it didn’t seem to clean very well, but lots of dishwashing detergent to use. Had a full soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms. Overall I would still stay here again .

Nice condo and great grounds. We had trouble getting the microwave to work consitently.

Felt like i was at home! Amazing scenery, not far from alot of places, and highly recommend and will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On walking into the complex and the condo we were a bit concerned. Complex is older and suite 407 is a bit dated and could use a refresh. But after staying 5 days, it was pretty good. Quiet in the evenings, suite fit our needs nicely and we had no issues. Could still use an update though. And I'll add that the gym is pretty bad. The gym was one of my main reasons for booking here and I didn't use it at all. Just too small, dark and depressing. So, overall, not fancy, needs an updating refresh and the gym is terrible but it fit our needs.

The condo was near the beach, we did not have to cross a road to get to it, which we really liked. The location was great. There were several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The pool was very nice and there were several activities on the property that we appreciated..
