Maui Kamaole #G-201 Front Row, Ocean View, Full A/C, Hot Tub, Great Rates

Communication was clear and helpful from the very start. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We really appreciated that the coffee maker was both carafe and keurig! I also appreciated that there were storage containers available. The ice maker in the freezer was great to have, too. Beds were comfortable and extra linens were provided for the sofa bed. The view from the lanai was fantastic. We weren’t ready to leave! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful Condo located in kihei, pretty central to go and explore Maui.We enjoyed the pool on property, the spaciousness of the unit, the sunsets from the deck, central ac, a well equipped kitchen, and appreciated all the thoughtful extras, cooler, wagon, beach chairs, snorkels, umbrella.Made our stay very comfortable.Would definitely stay here again.

Of course, we loved the beautiful view from the lanai! The sunsets, the humpbacks and the moon. The condo was spacious for the 5 of us and was well appointed with towels, beach chairs, snorkels etc. The kitchen had everything we needed. The grounds at Maui Kamaole are beautifully kept and add to the Hawaiian vibe. We used the lower pool and hot tub exclusively and they were always sparkly clean. The air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living area were quiet and worked well. We are happy to recommend this unit!

Very well organized communication and clear instructions about checking in. The place was exactly as advertised. It is near the main road, so there is the sound of traffic. But beaches are right across the road and a bird sanctuary.

Two weeks too enjoy Maui and a wedding. Perfect

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying in Kihei and we love the area. Maui Kamaole is a quite hilly complex but this particular unit is located close to the entrance making it convenient to walk to/from the main drag or Kamaole Beach Park 3. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook, grill, or pack the cooler. There are two beach umbrellas, four low back Tommy Bahama beach chairs, pool/beach toys, snorkel gear and beach/pool towels. The lanai has a gorgeous view and seating for six with a retractable awning. Our only complaint, and it's a big one to us, is the bed in the room on the main floor. It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable! The mattress is thin and the springs can be felt in certain areas. The linens are not quality and we felt as though we were sleeping on a camping mattress/bed. The bed in the loft bedroom is more comfortable but not convenient for those who have trouble with stairs...with the condo being on the second floor and the loft being on the second floor of the unit, you're essentially going up two flights of stairs to get to the loft. Aside from the bed, we enjoyed G-201.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is adequate, but nothing special. There are steep steps up to the unit and steep steps to the upstairs bedroom and bath (the Master). Beware you will need to carry your luggage and groceries up the outside stairs and luggage up the interior stairs. The outdoor light at the front door blinks, making it difficult to see the keypad. The unit comes with 3 rolls of TP in each bath, rolls that have VERY thin paper and are not regular sized rolls. They are quite small. Same for the paper towels. There is no overhead lighting in either bedroom making it hard to see things even in daylight with all the shutters opened. In the bathroom downstairs, there is mold around the shower door and it is brown and needs to be replaced. It looks very dirty. The kitchen is stocked well with the basics for cooking and eating in. When we tried to BBQ the BBQs near the unit were not working. Overall, a big disappointment. The management company was responsive and nice to work with but needs to provide better quality in the starter kit. Great view from the balcony! Also, on the positive side, the A/C worked very well. Keep in mind everyone's point of reference is different and some would be very satisfied with this unit.
