Dine in! This well equipped kitchen offers every convenience. Whip up a quick bite or afull meal. Dining area with seating for four. The guest bath is conveniently located off the living room with shower.

Drift off for the perfect nights rest in this primary suite! With king size bed, ceiling fan, split AC and quaint out door space. The en suite bath has a tub/ shower combo and large vanity area.

Full size washer/dryer are an added plus and allow for lighter packing.

Kamaole Beach III is across the street from Maui Kamaole. This property features lush landscaping, two gorgeous pool areas with hot tubs and water features. There are gas grills throughout the property and tennis courts available for your use. The Kamaole beaches are famous for their sandy shoreline and clear waters perfect for snorkeling. Enjoy whale watching during season, December - April. You also are minutes to shopping, restaurants and golf courses.

    Condo D 103 is in great need of upgrading. Dining chair cushioning has wore through to the wood frame, curtains are stained etc. The condo itself is very outdated. Unfortuneatly we left something something behind. We contacted Coldwell Banker Island Vacations the same day as check out as we could have picked the item up. Sadly, we heard nothing back which only leads us to believe the Coldwell Banker cleaning staff have the item. The Maui Kamaole condo complex is amazing. We have stayed several times in other condos maganged by other companies or the owners themselves and have had great experiences.

    The property was nice. My condo d103 had a water leak so I got to listen to loud fans for a couple days. Washer about jumped off the wall when used. The other 5 families that went had several amenities including a cooler, body boards and umbrella for the beach. Mine did not! Find one with some character. This cbi vacations gives the bare minimum, I’d rather see the money go to families. ALSO, do not bring kids, they do not want any fun happening at the pools! No exceptions!

    This was a good stay. I had to take a star away for the smell of the air conditioning and the level of insect activity. Both a/c units (the bedroom and the living room) had a urine odor that my google search indicates can come from a bacterial build-up when the units have drainage issues. The musty smell did abate when we left the doors open- but as we were supposed to close and lock the doors when we left or went to sleep, there wasn't really enough time to air out the smell. The bugs weren't a surprise, as the instructions clearly indicated that we should remove garbage every day and never leave food out on the counters- but the very first thing that happened was I opened the house rules book on the kitchen counter, and a tiny roach crawled out. There was definitely no food there yet. It did convince us to take the rules seriously, but was not exactly thrilling. Some good points: the furniture is comfortable! The bed was great, the couch was nice, the big chair was surprisingly comfy, and the dining table was a good size. The patio furniture was decent. I would have liked SOME kind of seating in the bedroom lanai, but the main lanai is private enough that I didn't miss it too much. The condo is located conveniently to both pools, and the grounds are lovely. Overall, I don't know that I would choose this unit again, but I wouldn't rule it out.

    Overall, great location! Walkable to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Came with chairs and towels for the beach. Lacking in basic conveniences like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee or creamer. I would have liked a beach bag cooler of some sort. The bedding and towels were clean and the air conditioning worked well. The unit is very dated and the carpets have a moldy smell that stayed our entire trip. After fees, I believe it still worked out to 400 a night, so we just expected a little more. The grounds and pool areas are beautifully groomed. The water was crystal clear.

    Spent the month of February in this unit. It has new appliances with a great washer dryer and great AC. Otherwise it has low end furnishings, old furniture, and small TV’s from the last century. It has the feel of an investment property that no one ever lives in to care about it. It may be fine for a weeks stay but was disappointing for a month at the price paid. Management company was responsive to fixing a loose toilet, replacing light bulbs, and putting out roach traps. Unit has four Tommy Bahama beach chairs with broken zippers but no beach umbrella. Pro Tip – buy a Tommy Bahama Beach umbrella at Costco for your stay and sell it back to Auntie Snorkel for $20.

    Check-in was a breeze. The condo was clean and stocked. My husband and I are all of our meals on the Lania. The pool was a nice place to relax. We were able to walk to the beach and to restaurants. We parked next to the mall in Waliea just a few minutes away to get on the boardwalk in the wealthier Wailea.

Reviewer Comments: Overall, we enjoyed our stay - our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the location was convenient to get to multiple areas (although I was expecting it to be close walking distance to the beach and shops - I would not consider it close; we ended up driving). The management company was responsive and helpful, and easily facilitated a slightly early check in time. For being a 1 bed/2 bath, the unit was actually relatively large and roomy. However, the bedroom smelled strongly of mildew, and the pullout bed in the living room was very uncomfortable.
