Note that our Building F, where our unit is located, has no elevator. So our ground-floor unit outshines the second-floor units, where we’ve seen guests struggle to get suitcases, strollers and mobility-challenged elders up the stairs.

Maui Banyan is a short walk from the Kihei boat ramp, multi-million-dollar mansions in Wailea and a beachfront walking path that extends several miles in each direction.

There is a $10/night per person extra charge for more than 6 guests; three-generation families tell us the condo worked very well for them.

    This condo is close to the beach. Great location. The inside is dated. The fridge was very loud and the sliding doors were jamming. No credit was offered.

    Great location the only the handicap parking was difficult for us. The property condition was good except for all sliding doors were difficult and definitely need to be worked on.

    Perfect location, everything that is needed is there although beach chairs and umbrella has seen better days and instead of the 6 beach towels there was only 4.We stayed over Christmas and would have thought there might be a small Christmas tree in a closet but there wasn’t.Could use some updates, I wouldn’t have been surprised to see Mrs. Roper walk out of the room.In general we would definitely stay again but only for the location.

    Our family and friends had an amazing time. The place may be a little dated but it did not matter to us. The location is prime, the grounds were beautiful and very peaceful. Communication with the owner was great. It was the perfect place for us and we would definitely stay again.

    The day we arrived there were already ants in our bathroom and other common areas. Amongst other critters like beetles and moths. Which to be fair can happen in a tropical climate. The same day we also learned if you don’t push the toilet handle back up it overflows and can flood. All of this was communicated to the owner and we were told to contact the condo emergency line. So we did. The communication was horrible we never knew If someone came or If we were serviced. To make matters worst the next day we found a scorpion and we called the emergency line to no avail. They told us they would come. The person who sprayed literally did a squirt in ONEarea of the condo. Marcia was not helpful she blamed us for majority of it and the condo management lacked communication. Great location, sure! But, horrible otherwise. Roach traps everywhere.

    The condo was dated, but clean and the grounds had a lot of amenities on site. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and BBQ grills. It was centrally located in Kihei with a lot of shopping and restaurants an beaches near by. I wish the sliding glass doors to the master bedroom provided more privacy, but overall, we would stay here again.

    Close proximity to beaches, great location in Kihei with short walks to restaurants and shops. Quick and friendly service with maintenance issue! Wish there were cameras in parking garage as our rental was damaged by someone with no recourse. Otherwise loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit, and plenty of beach accessories!

    Excellent communication with the owner. The grounds are beautiful, the on-site staff are all very friendly and helpful. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren.

    We enjoyed our stay. 1) Loved the extra boogie boards 2)Loved the huge bathtub 3) Loved the washer and dryer! A big plus!??? 4) Loved the king size bed! So comfortable! If you get here and it is very hot ?, don’t worry it gets more comfortable. Turn on the AC. The location of the unit is another huge plus. Right next to the parking lot. We were able to park near the unit. Great location! We loved swimming and snorkeling at Ulua ? Beach! Beautiful sunset steps away from the condo.
