Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location, with all the fittings and amenities we needed
Came out for a weekend ski trip. Was perfect for the 4 of us, and close to the slopes!
This condo unit is conveniently located steps away from the River Run gondola and ski school check in. The unit itself was clean with plenty of towels, sheets, tissues. One bathroom blow dryer was out and the other one didn’t drain well enough to shower in but everything else worked well. The balcony is a cute bonus and looks out at the shop/village. Ski lockers on the main floor is so convenient. The garage is covered which would be awesome if weather was bad. The hot tub was out for the duration of our stay which was a bummer because it’s right out of the main floor ski locker area, so close. The unit is dimly lit other than normal lighting in the bathrooms. The fireplace kicks off major heat (restart the pilot light if it’s not working). Overall, for the location we’d stay in Jackpine again.
Fantastic stay comfortable, clean and great amenities! Highly recommend staying at Jack Pine!
This was a nice place to stay for 2 nights.
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo right in the village. Convenient ski in and ski out near restaurants and shops. Condo was clean and nicely furnished. Great spring break with our family of 6.
Amazing location. Great property. Will stay here again
This is a wonderful property in River Run Village that is SO close to the gondola and mountain as well as to all the village shops and restaurants. Unit is clean and modern and parking is simple. Highly recommend a stay here.
Location was perfect for our group of skiers and a non-skier. Easy access to slopes that was so close the skiers came back for lunch every day! Our non-skier had access to plenty of shopping, coffee and treats. Although not an on-site check in, it was convenient (we were in and out in minutes). The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed (even a blender for a breakfast smoothie).
The place was very clean. Good job housekeeping. But the amount of items that needed attention from maintenance was plentiful. All cabinet handles needed a good tighten, barstool top was totally lose, all traps in bathrooms are needing a good clean out, pull out sofa bed is broken so only sleeps 4 not the 6 advertised, radiant baseboard whistles loudly, fireplace doesn’t work either. Maintenance was called multiple times. No call no show. We were there 3 days and luckily I brought an aerobed or else our kids wouldn’t have had a place to sleep. No compensation offered and I feel I was more than kind and understanding. I hate complaining but I would not stay at a property managed by Summit County Mountain retreats again. When you hear “we promise to address” multiple times and call again on check out and there’s no record of anything but the baseboard whistle being called in.
The condo is in the perfect location, steps to the lift! The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. I would definitely stay here again!
Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Extremely expensive! $523 for one night, for a very neat/tidy family of 3! The people upstairs made SO MUCH NOISE that my wife and I didn't sleep, even with earplugs. Because of the way you handle check ins, and how LATE check in is, we had to come down off the mountain, then drive to a LOCKER that was over a mile away with NO PARKING. We were tired, hungry and just wanted to get our key and go to our $523 a night room, but instead had to trundle to the car in the middle a hug parking lot, then change in the car, then drive to building with no parking and find a room with locker. We did all of this with a tired eight year old boy. We were so tired at that point that we just ate dinner at the crummy restaurant next to the locker room, and THEN DRIVE BACK to our $523 room for the night. The room was nice, and I expected that we were in a place that people respected but I was wrong! The people upstairs made more noise than any cheap hotel I've ever stayed at. ALL NIGHT LONG. Then the next morning, pounding around upstairs like it was some kind of joke. There's no way to call them because the rooms don't have phones, and there's no central desk to call because it's not as connected as even the cheapest of hotels. The fact that you charge me $150 for cleaning and supplies AFTER charging me $329.12(!) for the room is freakin criminal! AND THEN CHARGE MEResort Recovery & Assistance $16.46?!! WTF is that?! OH, and to add to this, you charge me taxes on THAT TOTAL, not the room alone, but the whole **** thing. What a ****** experience for something that was supposed to be a luxury experience for my wife's birthday. Instead, we had to deal with, and drag around, a tired and cranky child which helped ruin the whole reason we rented a freakin expensive room AT THE RESORT! Absolute joke of customer support. Also, do you have any idea how ****** your communication system is?! I have 15 emails with multiple messages you have to scroll through to read. Awful experience!

Great location in River Run Village and close to all of the restaurants, shops, etc.
An absolutely wonderful stay at this condo, the location was steps to gondola, and provided a perfect end to the day being right next door to Kickapoo Tavern!! The condo was clean had everything we needed and more! The fireplace didn’t work maintenance fixed it once but it did not turn back on. That was the only issue otherwise great stay!
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hundreds of dollars for 18 hours of occupancy and then a $20 per bedroom per hour early check in fee. outrageous - hire more cleaning staff and stop ripping off the client. (4:30pm until 10:00 am)
