BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    We love Martinique but not this condo. Broken patio furniture, broken shower head. tub that didn’t drain, dryer that didnt dry, internet worked but had to reboot every few hours, no light bulbs in closets and broken hair dryer. The furniture is old and in need of repair and the whole place needs paint especially the woodwork. We will go back but will pick a different condo as the beach pool and grounds are beautiful.

    Our 2nd stay with friends in 203West. Room was clean and well stocked. Although It is starting to need some renovation , it remains a comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed watching the dolphins play in the gulf every morning from the balcony and the beautiful moon glow in the evening . The pool area was remarkable and clean. The area is peaceful and quiet, making it a wonderful place to stay.

    The condo was very nice and clean. I will give a big kudos to the cleaners. It was very clean. It was deficient in the kitchen. There were only 3 cooking utensils, a plastic spoon, one spatula and one small wood fork. We try to cook our meals at the unit instead of eating out and this made it really difficult. Also there were no towel racks to hang a towel on to dry in the bathroom. In a humid environment hooks just don’t allow enough airflow to dry. This was our first time using Beachball Properties and we had plenty of marketing emails, but I had to call the day before to get any information about checking in. It was a good vacation but not a 5 star experience.

    Condo is beautiful but had internet and TV issues. Repairs worked on after several requests. Never able to get mediacom cable in LR because cable box not connected correctly apparently. Would have been nice to have extra blankets in master since there in winter.

    Our condo was amazing for our family's fall break vacation in October. We had 4 adults and 2 children. The size, cleanliness, location, and view were all perfect. The complex and beach were never crowded. It was our kids' first time to visit the ocean and they had a great experience. We will hopefully be back! We have no complaints! Thank you, Beach Ball!

    Mattresses on twin beds were extremely uncomfortable. Was advertised a pull out sofa bed but wasn't. Other than that everything was wonderful.

    Complex is nice. Condo was easy to get to. Check in was very easy. Condo was equipped well enough for our party of 7 to utilize. We were all comfortable. Just a short walk to boardwalk and then to the beach. We all enjoyed our stay.

    This place is lovely, well kept and have stayed annually for many years Great family getaway The beach is peaceful and the pool is great Unfortunately, the mattresses in this condo have caved in over the years and desperately need to be replaced By the end of the week, you will have back pain from sleeping on a caved in matress!
