Stayed Jun 11, 2021Wonderful place to completely relax and enjoy Hawaii! Condo was furnished nicely, and we were very comfortable. Even the sofa bed had a real foam mattress making it useable as extra sleeping. Building was quiet, easy to access and 10th floor ocean front takes you to another world.

Stayed Feb 16, 2020Vacationed with my family in February 2020. We had an awesome time. The property had amazing proximity to the beach as well as all the amenities of the hotel property. Being on the ground floor made it very convient to use the many available bbqs. The property staff were amazing as well. The only one concern I had was the number of availabie parking spots for villa tenants. I think villa tenants should be provided an assigned parking spot and not have many of the spots taken for “valet”. Overalll q great time!

Stayed Jun 28, 2019Not a great experience. We booked our rental months in advance assuming we’d have a ground floor unit facing the pool as was depicted in the photos. We called the week before to confirm and were told it shouldn’t be a problem. Of course when we actually checked in we were given a room on the 4th floor overlooking the parking structure with no view in a unit that looked nothing like what was shown in the pictures. When we questioned our representative, she said sorry and told us to take it up with the Marriott. They didn’t take any initiative or accountability. I obviously won’t be using Concierge Realty again. The Marriott itself was just ok. One night, the fire alarm was pulled and everyone had to vacate at 11pm. Also, the elevators were vandalized twice preventing us from getting to our floor. And one late afternoon we wanted to check out some bocce balls but we’re told the recreation crew wasn’t around and they were the only ones with keys. Just a few annoyances that put a little damper on the vacation.

Stayed Jun 17, 2018Nice place and beautiful grounds. My kids loved the pools and activities. Lei making, crafts, laser tag on the lawn, shave ice, luau dancers, music etc. Get out early if you want a spot near the main pool. A/C did not work but call to front desk and maintenance was there immediately. Per site check in is 11am and check out 3pm. Not true, need to correct that.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Property was clean, spacious with great views from the living room and bedrooms on the ocean and the Island of Lanai . Full efficient kitchen was great.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My family and I stayed at the Marriott Lahaina Napili Towers and experienced the time of our life. The location was on the desirable Ka' anapali Beach. The views were very picturesque. We enjoyed visiting Whalers Village, Front Street and even the Cannery Shopping Center which were conviently close to our resort. There were lots of water sports available at this resort which we throughly enjoyed. The accommodations were overly spacious and would definitely recommend to others and hope for a return visit soon. Thank you Dana Ferretti @ Concierge Realty for making this vacation memorable by booking this experience of a lifetime!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I enjoyed how much there was to do within walking distance. There were restaurants, a craft fair, and paddle board, kayak and surf board rentals along the beach walk. Nice beach and lovely pool area with miniature waterfalls. We took advantage of the grills and picnic tables around the pool area, there were even herb gardens available for use! Variety of fitness classes available to guests, very welcoming and laid back. One criticism would be that we were not laid upon our arrival to the resort.
