Stayed Sep 23, 2024This was a lovely condo. We were 2 couples and had a large living room, kitchen and the second bedroom has a separate entrance off the foyer with its own full kitchen. Hotel is very well maintained and everyone was very courteous and helpful. We would definitely come back.

Stayed Jun 28, 2023We had a wonderful stay, but check-in was delayed till after five. Normal check-in is 4 PM which is later than most places. Other than that they did a great job.

Stayed May 2, 2023I highly recommend that you provide blankets for the bed as the comforter is tooooo hot. Was not comfortable sleeting.

Stayed Jan 8, 2023I have stayed at the Marriott Desert Springs a few times. This one happened to be a work trip but it was nice to come home and enjoy the amenities. The whole property is meticulous.

Stayed Aug 2, 2022First of all, we booked 2 bedrooms at villa 1. We arrived at 3:45pm and went to check in at the front desk. We got building B and were told our rooms will be ready at 4:30pm. We waited until 4:35pm, I went to ask if the rooms were ready yet. The manager called, I believe he called and spoke with housekeeper, and told me to give them 10 more minutes. So, we kept waiting until 5pm, the manager came and told me that the rooms were not ready and could not give me time of when those rooms will be ready. He offered another one in building J but only the master room was ready. The other bedroom was not ready and still cleaning. Technically that rooms were not ready. After more waiting the manager came out and offer another one in building M that was finally finished At 5:20pm Now!! The manger apologized the long wait and delay. He offered room credit and late check out at 12 noon. After a long wait, we finally get to rest. The check in was a bad experience especially it was our first time there but beside that everything else was excellent. The rooms were clean, nice, and well maintained. Beautiful view from the balcony. I wanted to say thank you for the manager that came and tried to make things right. We will recommend and definitely go back again. Hoping everything will be smoother.

Stayed Jul 27, 2022Overall experience was great! Stayed here for a couple days with my husband and kids. We enjoyed the relaxing open space. Super clean a plus. Everything needed to enjoy our stay. Would definitely come back again.

Stayed Jun 26, 2022Our 2 bedroom villa was spacious, clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed with modern appliances as was the washer and dryer. We had plenty of space for our family of 6.
