At Marlin Key, the vacation possibilities are endless! In this low-density complex, enjoy Gulf views from your private balcony, swim in the Gulf-front pool, cook the catch of the day in the outdoor grilling area, or go for a sunset walk along the sugar-white sandy beaches. Rentals are available on the beach for paddedbeach chairs, umbrellas, and more. There is always something fun to do in the area, with several attractions found in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, including theme parks, renowned restaurants, championship golf courses, nature walks and bike trails, and tons of shops and boutiques.

When you arrive at Marlin Key, you'll find covered and assigned parking, making for easy unloading, and there are carts located convenient to the elevator. The condo has been completely remodeled inside and it's absolutely beautiful. There is a split floor plan with two queen suites located on the North end of the unit, and the huge master bedroom located on the South end, which faces the Gulf. The master has a king bed, a single day bed with a trundle, and an awesome private bath! Huge windows make for amazing views facing both South and West. The living room has Gulf views, as well as views of the bay and Ono Island. The kitchen has beautiful corian countertops, is spacious and comes complete with dishes, cookware, silverware, and many other important kitchen items. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo located in a large laundry room.

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

    Having the beach right out the door was great! Condo was nice but it needs some TLC. Fresh paint. Carpet in main bedroom needs replaced. Stove, dryer & frig are old, Ice maker in fridge & mini bar did not work. Condo was disappointing from how it was listed.

    Overall excellent. Great location and beach is not crowded to to smaller facility. Partial view obstruction by the neighboring building from our corner unit not shown in pictures but not a major factor.

    We love coming to Orange Beach this time of year, and we love the location and atmosphere of Marlin Key. This was our first time staying in this particular unit there, and the check-in process itself went smoothly. However, there were some issues when we first arrived with the bed linens and towels not being present. I messaged the property manager and they had the cleaning company bring them pretty promptly. I do think some things need updated in the unit, particularly the patio furniture, which was a little older, and the patio door, which was old and worn and difficult to lock. I appreciated the kitchen which had plenty of utensils and the extra kitchen appliances on the pantry shelf. You can’t ask for a better location than Marlin Key….beautiful view, close to everything you could need, and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. We really enjoyed our stay!

    The condo was nice but it needed a good cleaning. There was dried blood on our comforter and it looked like the floor rugs had never been moved and vacuumed underneath. In the bathroom we found a used contact lens and dried toothpaste on the vanity. The patio was a mess when it rained, there were no provisions for the water to run off under the folding storm doors. There was at least an inch of water on the patio which created a huge safety hazard.

    Loved the beach wasn’t crowded and not many people in pool as well. If I had to be picky maybe just need to dust the ceiling fans and change the rusted bottom patio furniture. But that being picky. It was great!
