As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
Our cancellation policy is as follows: Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Otherwise, a refund will not be processed. *3% charge only applies if Stay NWA is responsible for payment collection.
Interaction with Guests:
We do our best to stock the property with everything that you may need to have a memorable stay. However, if you need anything during your trip, please let us know.
Clean, well equipped (I did not cook however), good location, easy parking, beds somewhat soft for my taste.
I loved the location and the stay, and once we got the communications done with the provider, the access was easy too. But my husband did not like the bed, and some follow up communication about a scooter I thought I left there was not replied to.
The unit is very clean, plenty of towels, beds are extremely comfortable and great location The only con i have is the communication with the agency with who i was in contact with. After verifying my ID.. they asked for it three more times. When i wanted to switch the days, the person i spoke with said she didn't know how to do that and i should cancel and re-book. It just seemed a bit sloppy with communication. But great area!
Perfect fit for my family of four. Close to great activities
We chose this property, because it was close to Crystal Bridges, which was our destination. It was less than 2 miles from there, and less than 2 miles from everywhere else (downtown, restaurants, other hiking)! The pictures are very accurate. It was very clean, modern, and well-appointed. We especially enjoyed the welcome bottle of Josh and the Starbucks coffee. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to cook breakfast. The towels were very fluffy. The electronic lock on the door was very easy to use and made us feel secure. The shower worked well, had plenty of hot water, and the bathroom was very roomy. Our only disappointment was that the bed was extremely hard and sloped down to the center. We tried all levels of adjustment on the air chambers using the remote, but the mattress was just too hard. We have the same air chamber bed at home, with the same remote. Also, the pillows would have been fine as shams, but not supportive enough to sleep on. However, the sheets and blankets were soft and nice. Thank you to our host, as we really enjoyed our trip.
This was a lovely place, very close to downtown Bentonville! I appreciated the quick response when I had a question. Thanks for a nice mini-vacation!
