I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good location although probably not walking distance to the shopping and dining area of Breckenridge. Very clean but could use some minor maintenance. Overall a good value though and worked very well for our needs.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute little place, VERY dated but good for the price. One major issue for me was the safety...very flimsy lock on front door and slider. I had to go with the assumption that this was a safe area???? Did not feel secure inside at night. Good location for uber into Main Street.

Reviewer Comments: Rented this unit as a base camp for hikes around Breckenridge during the first week of August. The unit is located close to town and has all the utilities needed to make for a comfortable stay. The unit shows some age but nothing that detracted from my stay.

Stayed Mar 9, 2024The pictures did not accurately show the current condition of the condo. Everything is much more dated than shown. The quality of all furniture, cabinets and appliances could really use some love. Sheets, towels, stained carpet are low quality. Walk to the bus stop was convenient and information from property manager was easy to follow.
