The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process seamless.Mariners Landing itself is a gem! It offers everything you could want—beautiful pools, a relaxing hot tub, a well-stocked market, and Tiff’s is a great spot for dinner. The marina was perfect for our boat, and having access to a boat launch was a huge plus. The entire community was very clean and well-maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Stayed Aug 23, 2024Cute little condo with all of the necessities. The owner was quick to respond with every question. We booked very last minute and he was still able to take care of everything for us. Smith Mountain Lake was so beautiful and we were able to park our boat right on the propert.

Stayed Jun 30, 2023This little studio was perfect as we spent the majority of our time out on the lake or at the pool. Parking is very convenient, the marketplace in the building next door is great, and it's an easy walk down to the pool and docks. Might be a little tight for an extended stay due to limited size, but perfect for a weekend!
