Stayed Aug 10, 2022Nice property. Owners should provide pool towels. The Sunriver Properties communication of the cleaning process and coordination of our access to the unit was pathetic !

Stayed Jul 9, 2022Well, could not check in at 4:00 after driving 7 hours because the condo was not yet cleaned. The managers said that check in is not guaranteed until 6:00. But on the check in instructions it is in bold lettering for check in at 4:00. The lamps in the living room did not work. One had no light bulb and the other one did not work at all. I could not find a cutting board or a pitcher to make drinks. There were two outdoor tables with umbrella holders but no umbrellas. The kitchen table and chairs are a mismatch of chairs and clearly dated and uncomfortable.....as is the living room furniture. I made 4 different calls to the property managers with concerns. They got the umbrellas after two calls. I had to stay and wait so they could fix the light socket and bring a light bulb. We were charged $175.00 pet fee and did not bring a pet.

Stayed Jul 6, 2021We love Quelah, with its private pool and courts This unit looks out over a lovely aspen grove with a large grassy area our dog enjoyed Quiet and peaceful Only real negative: no air conditioning Pretty uncomfortable in July and August
