Marigot Beach 905 by Seaside Vacations & Sales

Nice location. Listing photos, very deceiving, address, incorrect location hard to find when we called to discuss at the end of our stay very rude property managers. Hung up the phone on us multiple times. We did not want to destroy the vacation for our children so we waited until the end of our stay to discuss, but they were very rude.

The property was as described, but the decor was really bare bones and felt generic like a budget motel. Looked a lot more charming in the pictures.The check-in was pretty frustrating. It was unclear which of the multiple access codes we were provided would get us into the building and the one that ultimately worked was labeled as being for the pool. So it took us a while to get into the building and we couldn’t figure out where we were allowed to park and the emergency contact operator for after hours didn’t know whether there were restrictions on which parking spaces we could use so we parked as far away from the entrance as we could to hopefully be safe from towing. There was a parking pass inside the unit, but there weren’t any instructions in the check-in materials about any of that. We had to wait until hearing back from the main office the next morning that we were permitted to park anywhere. We tried to park in the space labeled with our unit number, but there is no order to the numbering and it’s a large parking lot so we didn’t find it. So that stuff made for a pretty rocky start.We did appreciate that there were paper towels and toilet paper and dish soap, etc. it would’ve been helpful to have hand soap and shampoo as well, but it was nice to have those things provided.

If you are looking for an affordable, beach front place with the bare necessities, then this is a good one. It's a no frills rental where the necessities are all there and they work. There is an assigned parking space which you will get a parking permit upon check in the best thing about this place is the view and easy beach access. If you are looking for a modern, updated place, then this is not the place for you. The place could use some updating and personality, but then the price would probably not be the price it is.

The condo was right on the beach which was great. The condo was good. It was a bit worn looking in places. When i took off my shoes when we first arrived before going to the beach I felt sand on the floors. We saw water dropping from the ceiling in the full bathroom. Maintenance arrived shortly after our call. They asked if we wanted to move to another condo but we were all unpacked and tired and did not want to. A plumber arrived the next morning to stop the leak.

Overall the condo was nice however plumbing issues during the trip caused unnecessary headaches.1. Pool was closed for the season, e-mail was sent but never received to notify. As an assumed larger property owner transfer or accommodation for other pools could’ve been met.2. A consistent drop of bath water from the condo above appeared every time someone in that unit took a shower or bath. Plumber came and said it was fixed but persisted.3. The dishwasher had water backing up into it on the day before departure causing handwashing of everything.

Perfect for a little get away very friendly and helpful staff at seaside vacations

This location and view alone is breathtaking! We couldn’t get enough of waking up to the ocean AND looking over the bay for sunsets!

Property right on the beach. Great view. Rooms very clean. Would recommend!

I changed my stay and switch to Golden Sand, which is a much better condo. Margot Beach was very deceiving and very old. The rental agent was very helpful in moving us to another place for the rest of the week so we can enjoy our day. They said they had a gym. There was no gym. Also, the place really needs to be updated.
