Marco Island Waterfront Condo w/ Community Pool!

Our stay was perfect because the listing was accurate and the property was clean and well maintained. You could walk to great restaurants or just enjoy the view. The only challenge in Marco Island is beach access, be prepared to pay and walk to get there.

This property has the most amazing view!!! We spent every morning and evening out on the screened in balcony. Saw a few dolphins playing and watched the boats go by. Pool area has a lovely view and was immaculate. The people living/renting on the property were also incredibly friendly and lovely to be around. A wonderfully stocked kitchen so we were able to make a few meals for a night in. A/C was nice and cold. Location was approximately 10 mins to Tigertail Beach a must see! Snook Inn and Rose Marina less than 5 mins. You are basically no more than 10 mins from anything you would want to do. The most enjoyable relaxing rental we have had!! The only thing I would have loved was either an earlier check in or later check out. Would definitely rent here again.

We found the property nice, clean and well located. Our only issue was that we could never get the bedroom tv to work.

The condo was perfect for a winter get away for my husband and me! Waterfront views to see dolphins while on the patio was the best! The place was very clean, close to restaurants and stores. We would recommend this place to any couple.

Homeowners are wonderful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we need.

The condo was very nice, well kept, great water view. All of the furnishings were above standard including all of the kitchen furnishings and appliances. I would highly recommend this site.

We had a wonderful stay at this unit in Riverside. The condo is completely renovated and fully equipped with new cookware and tableware….no mishmash of thrift store items in this place.The view is amazing. We woke up to the sun rising over the bridge while watching the boats go by and enjoyed the sparkle of the distant lights in the evening. It is very quiet as the pool and spa is located in the building next door overlooking Factory Bay.The king size bed was very comfortable and there is plenty of storage for your belongings. The bathroom had everything you needed….plenty of towels, hairdryer, flat iron, a starter kit of toiletries….and a washer and dryer. The location is convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby, a CVS, Walgreens, two grocery stores, and additional boutique shopping. Rose’s Marina is within walking distance and they offer various site seeing and fishing options. We can’t wait to go back!
