Marco Beach Ocean Resort - 5th Floor Private Garden terrace Room Sleeps 4!

Owner did not inform us about the construction to the “private garden terrace”. It was a key feature in the property listing. Very disappointing!! Also the mention of pool closure was noted in parentheses under “dining” and hard to find. There were chemical smells in the hallway near the unit. Aside from that, the elevator from the garage was out of service and the front desk staff were of limited help. Would not rent this unit again!

A beautiful place / location to stay. Very easy host contact and check-in / check-out. Superb cleanliness and amenities.

The room was extremely noisy all day every day with jackhammering outside the window. No pool!!!!!

The pool area and the whole deck were under construction, so the sliding door was locked closed with a large under construction sign. We kept the curtains closed the whole time due to the workers and unsightly view.

Beautiful property and great location. Everything was as advertised.

We have been to Marco Island several times but not for the past several years. It was like meeting an old friend. The best beach in Florida and wonderful dining options made our return very special.

We enjoyed our stay. Only 1 issue of the toilet running constantly when we arrived. We let the owner know and it was resolved quickly.

Clean property, great location, and wonderful communication form property owner. Easy to walk to local restaurants and the beach is beautiful!

Condo was nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Nice garden area with pool nearby. Short walk to the beach. Amenities: Great Italian restaurant with sunset view. Nice lunch and bar area to eat at during the day. Practical gym. Resort could have potential for improvement if they re-opened the spa, or offered room cleaning service. There are no washer/dryers on the premises. Had to take clothes to laundromat which wasted an afternoon.Overall, very comfortable stay, quiet rooms, grounds were well-maintained.

Clean but needs updating

We really enjoyed our time in Marco Island and had a great stay in Ken’s unit. It was clean, well maintained, and we enjoyed the ease of access to the beach, pool, and parking. We especially appreciated the outdoor space with this rental! We return to Marco Island yearly and would gladly rent this unit again.

The unit was nice though small. Close to lots of great eating spots. Owner should inform renters that they can rent blue stripe umbrellas and chairs for the week without lugging chairs and such down every day. The bed was very soft though many may like that.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Ken’s condo. It was well equip, clean and very comfortable! The location was great, with nice restaurant options in walking distance. Thank you Ken for the great place to stay to enjoy our vacation! Looking forward to returning again soon!

My wife and I had a very nice week at this property. It was very clean with nice amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. It is within an easy walk to several very good restaurants. We would definitely return to this property. I wish that there was a full size fridge with freezer but the mid-size fridge does suffice. Also, remember your beach towels as there were not any near the pool.

I expected to be able to see the ocean from our unit as it was listed as Oceanfront. The restaurants in the resort were closed. It would have been nice to see that they close during the summer. We could only see trees and bushes. Also, because we booked through VRBO, we were not eligible to use the facility amenities such as the beach lounge chairs and umbrellas that the resort sets up on the beach each morning. We had to bring down the chairs and the small umbrella to the beach. Garage parking was nice. Room was nice and clean.

The resort and accommodations were great, unit was very convenient for pool access and within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops.

We’ve stayed in Marco annually, including in the Marco Beach Ocean Resort, and this was our favorite. The unit itself was so well stocked with everything we needed and more, it was very clean, and it was absolutely perfectly located in the building. We loved having the back patio and the easy access to the pool right out our back sliding door. We had a few questions for the owner and he was wonderfully responsive and helpful. A home run stay that made our family vacation perfect!

Property was just as described, very clean. They provided plenty of towels and blankets. Check in was very easy, The patio was very convenient only thing was the people above not sure which floor drop their cigarette butts onto you patio area. I imagine it’s hard to control but not very considerate of for your property. Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
