Stayed Jul 17, 2025Our Bear Cabin rental was very nice. It was safe - the hosts communicated everything via email and through a neatly organized binder in the cabin. The instructions were easy to understand and the hosts prepared it just as described. My husband, children, and mother were able to relax and it felt like home for our first ever family trip to Gatlinburg. We didn't want to leave and we're already planning our next trip!

Stayed Oct 12, 2024Good location, poor upkeep. The showers both leak causing water under floortiles outside of bathrooms. Mold at bottom of showers. A/C leaking in front unit, no communication until we called office.

Stayed Nov 1, 2025The light switches did not work, and two lamps did not work. The sink in one bathroom and the shower in the other bathroom did not drain well and would fill with water. However, the beds were extremely comfortable and we had what we needed for a short stay. Great location close to town and short walk from parking lot.

Stayed May 22, 2025One towel per person for a 5 day stay. Shower stalls overflow and door jams rotting. Kitchen very small poorly equipped. No ice maker only 2 ice trays. Property misnamed extremely hard to find. Very limited parking places on a steep incline. Entry to building is small, dirty, inconvenient, worn out, unkept. Blinds in master missing slats. Picture online very deceptive. Will never stay there again.
