Great condo, well equipped perfect location. Awesome!!!

Such a lovely condo, super clean, great location, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and overall great place to stay! Check in Alissa bit delayed due to cleaning schedule, but the on-site manager was very friendly and helpful!

The unit is in a great location and central to most things in the South. Very clean unit and surroundings. Walking distance to nice beach. It would have been great except for one thing...... Air Conditioning. The downstairs bedrooms have portable AC units that work great and keep the entire downstairs comfortable. However, they are loud and constant (24/7 with no literature describing appropriate use). All 5 of us had to seriously wear ear plugs to slightly dampen how loud the AC units are when sleeping. We hardly did anything upstairs because it was unbearably hot. The master bedroom and bathroom were awesome and spacious. The 3rd teen needed to sleep on a roll away between the other twin beds in a not so roomy room. The room was literally wall-to-wall beds and luggage. If the intent was to sleep upstairs in the summer, it would have been pretty unbearable. I don't think you can honestly accommodate more than 4 comfortably unless someone slept in the large walk-in closet in master bedroom. We needed to purchase basic kitchen amenities such as oil, salt, pepper, and sandwich baggies and food storage. Kitchen knives can use sharpening and many of the pans were warped. Overall, it was a nice place and property. An AC upgrade would make it a great place. Bottle of wine was appreciated.

Beautiful, spacious 2 level condo with terrific views - ocean view on upstairs balcony so comfortable with great trade winds & spacious lanai downstairs that extends upon verdant expansive lawn. Clean & very well equipped in every regard - kitchen, baths, bedrooms, beach supplies & outside community on lawn clean large Weber gas BBQ lighted at night. Such a great maintained condo community. Twas a joy to experience!

Poipu is an excellent location on Kauai, being central to everything and easy to get anywhere. Lots of great restaurants and shopping a short drive away. House was spacious, great views, comfortable. Provided everything you could need for the beach too, boogie boards, chairs, towels, etc.

We enjoyed your condo very much. It was clean and well stocked. Shampoo soap kitchen and even a nice bottle of wine. Enjoyed the pool which was formally adult. Wish it still was. Loud children. Beautiful setting. Grounds are beautiful. I stayed in twin bed room. Adequately furnished. The window glass needs replacing as badly stained. Nice little laundry. View from master superb. Mahalo.
