Guest Access:

You will receive a link to an online guest book when it gets close to your arrival date. You will receive the link by email and text. The home has an electronic lock. A code will be generated into your guest book just before your arrival day.



The Neighborhood:

Poipu Kai is a 70-acre resort community in Poipu. The community consists of seven condo developments with their own swimming pools, an 8-court Poipu Kai Tennis Club, a community pool and hot tub, and the beautiful Green Belt, garden paths connecting the areas of the resort. The resort is between the Hyatt and Shipwreck`s Beach to Brennecke`s and Poipu beaches. Restaurants to walk to are the Grand Hyatt Kauai, the Poipu Bay Golf Course, Kalapaki Joe`s, and Brennecke`s Restaurant.



Getting Around:

When visiting Kauai, we highly recommend renting a car to enhance your experience and give you the freedom to explore the island at your own pace. While there are other transportation options available, such as the Kauai Bus, it's important to note that the bus service may not run as frequently as you might expect.



Having a rental car allows you to easily access all the incredible sights and attractions that Kauai has to offer. From the stunning Na Pali Coast to the breathtaking Waimea Canyon, having your own transportation gives you the flexibility to visit these iconic locations on your own schedule.

    While the location is great, the condo definitely needs updating. Very worn, uncomfortable furniture, lights that don’t work, noisy plumbing and no hot water in the bathroom or kitchen sinks. The beach chairs and umbrella were good quality.

    Perfect location! The beach is in walking distance. Sea turtles and seals visited the beach daily. The condo was great! We had all the amenities we needed. The portable A/C was wonderful. Stores, restaurant's and food trucks were close by.
