Manualoha 1102 Perfect AC throughout By Suite Paradise

The suite was wonderful, very clean, nice kitchen. Excellent location. Easy walk to the beach. Shower is small, which was fine for us but might be an issue if you are a larger person. The AC is great for the bedroom but the rest of the suite can get a little hot (but we are from AK, so we tend to get hot easily).

The property is well maintained and manicured, just 10min walk from Poipu beach. Absolutely beautiful location, with plenty of activities and restaurants nearby. Our only gripe was that the mattress was very firm, which kept us from sleeping well at night.

The location was perfect! So nice to be able to walk to the pool and beach and restaurants. The property management was extremely helpful and provided everything we needed for our baby so we didn’t have to bring extra luggage (e.g., high chair, pack n play). The condo was really cute and very roomy. The internet was spotty and we did not use the tv because it wasn’t connected to the internet so it wasn’t usable (no big deal). The only down side to our stay was the heat. I didn’t realize that the condo did not have central a/c- just a (very powerful) a/c unit in the bedroom. The bedroom stayed cool, but the rest of the condo was always hot because there is no cross breeze in that sheltered part of the building. Overall a wonderful first vacation with our baby. Thank you!

Greatly enjoyed our stay! Unit was a perfect size for 4 and two bathrooms with 2 young adults was a bonus. We had most kitchen supplies needed and the freezer produced ample ice (needed for all the frozen drinks by the pool!). Unit was the farthest away from the pool BUT it actually is a very short, enjoyable walk so no issues with pool access. Pool was always a nice warm temp. The 'pool guard' that comes around should be a little more leinient on allowing you to at least skip a ball in the water when noone else but your group is around :). Perfect location right next to Brenneck Beach - GREAT for snorkelling off to the left (always many turtles) and amazing for bodyboarding!! Also close to the other beaches (Poipu Beach) and resorts, so this is a nice morning walk to see the beached turtles and monk seal. The only recommendations for improvement would be: (1) install a mini-split air conditioner. The main area is not very comfortable during the day or sleeping at night and it is only a small $2k investment (and no you don't get cool breezes that compensate). The main bedroom has a floorstanding A/C which needs to be on all the time just to keep that one room cool. (2). Fix the sliding door out to the lanai. We had to constantly be gentle and play with it to ensure it closes / opens properly (also a security risk); although we felt safe always and the grounds staff provided ample security and let us know when/if the door was open. Thanks! We WILL be back!

This property is located in the Poipu area within walking distance of Brennecke’s beach. It’s got a lovely garden view and you can sit on the shady lanai and enjoy coffee in the morning or dinner in the evening. The condo comes with all the amenities you’ll need to cook a delicious meal or enjoy a day at the beach boogie boarding or sitting under an umbrella. The portable AC unit really cools down the place quickly and the ceiling fans keep it cool too. We slept so soundly in the plush king size bed. We stayed here for ten days and it really felt like home.

Absolutely perfect location; 6 minute walk to a magnificent beach. Charming unit w/air conditioning (although hardly necessary w/tropical breezes) & all the comforts of home. We were thrilled to see dolphins on a wonderful sailing expedition to the Na Pali Coast. We will be back to Manualoha 1102 for sure!
