Welcome to your Mammoth Lakes base. This 2-bedroom + loft condominium sleeps up to 6 and puts you within walking distance of The Village at Mammoth, trails, and winter shuttle access to Canyon Lodge.



The Space:

Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly condo with room for your group to spread out across two levels. The main living area offers a flat-screen TV and DVD player, a futon sofa, and access to a private balcony with a gas BBQ—great for easy summer cookouts. Please note the gas fireplace is currently out of service; the wall heater system is operating normally.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric stovetop, drip coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and essentials to make meals at home. Gather at the dining table to plan your day’s adventures.



Two bedrooms are on the lower level, with an additional sleeping loft upstairs and two full bathrooms for convenience. WiFi is provided to keep everyone connected. The complex includes unassigned parking, a clubhouse, a spa, laundry, and a rec room (see Important Things to Note for hours and details).

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Unassigned lot parking for up to 2 vehicles.

• Community amenities and hours: Spa 2:00 PM–9:30 PM; Laundry and Rec Room 8:30 AM–9:30 PM; Complex Quiet Hours 10:00 PM–6:00 AM.

• Stairs: This is a multi-level condo; stairs are required to access the loft and move between levels.

• Fireplace: The gas fireplace is currently out of service. Wall heaters are operational.

• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

    Awesome, cozy cabin. Conveniently located. Very clean. We appreciated the soaps, tissues, and other necessities that were provided. Wish the village gondola had been open so that we could have walked there and went straight to the slopes!

    Overall it was a good stay! However, I was disappointed to find out upon arrival that the balcony was off limits due to needing repairs, that wasn’t mentioned prior. The kids wanted to go out, but couldn’t allow it. It also took a few hours and couple messages to finally gain access to the laundry room. The facility switched from using keys to codes and I guess management wasn’t aware. That was annoying as it severely delayed getting our laundry washed before we hit the road again and messed up our plans.

    Great place! Close to everything, clean, and had all the amenities and kitchen stuff we needed. Bedrooms were cozy and the complex was quiet. The spa was also great and parking was easy.

    Our stay went very well. The condo was roomier than the pictures appear. Quiet location. Easy parking. Easy walking access to the village and to the shuttles. The beds were super comfy. The carpet needs a deep clean or better yet, replaced.I will stay here again next time I'm in the area.

    This is the second time we have stayed in this community and love it. Proximity to the village and the homes are phenomenal. Will definitely try and stay here again.

    With a loft and two bedrooms the condo had plenty of beds and space for the family to spread out! The Management company was quick to respond when needed. There was just one bath towel and two half full rolls of toilet paper in the entire unit when we checked in. A full supply of towels, washcloths, bath mats and tp were brought to us to easily remedy the situation. It would be great if the code to the spa and game room was provided either in the unit book or in the check-in information. I’m sure it changes frequently and the Management is able to provide it quickly if you ask them.
