This condo is a basic, small place to stay. Very good location with a very easy walk to the #81 bus stop and a short-ish walk to the Mammoth Village. Queen bed is a firm memory foam bed, fairly comfortable, but the bed frame is made to look like trees with knots and unfortunately, one of the knots is at ankle height. I painfully hit my ankle on it several times while walking through the narrow area between the wall and the bed. In addition, while it wasn't a problem in May, there is only 1 heater for the entire place in the main living area, because the heater in the bedroom is broken and the fire place is walled off. I would think it would be fairly cold and uneven heating in the winter. The futon in the living room is very firm and uncomfortable to sleep on. The galley kitchen is small, only 2 people can use it at once and even then its tight. The bathroom is fine, but the bath fan is very loud when it is turned on. The shower has an elaborate fake rock wall which is an odd contrast to the simplicity of the rest of the place. I might stay here again, but I'd likely pay a little more to get a slightly nicer, more comfortable place. I've stayed at many similar, but nicer places in Mammoth.

I have stayed here a few times now, and I highly recommend. The bed is a tempur-pedic, which provides a great night's rest. The water gets hot within 10 seconds in the sink and the shower. It is always clean when you come in, and parking is easy and right out front. It's a seven-minute walk to the Gondola. The place has plenty of coffee filters and usually provides coffee. The first night I stayed on my most recent trip, pretty sure there was a racoon or something underneath the floor space in the kitchen, as this is a first-floor unit and I was hearing strange noises as like 2am. I notified management the next day, and they immediately sent someone over to check. I left the outside light on the last few days of my trip and no critters returned.

Feels like a cheap flip, doing the bare minimum to make it look presentable. Location is great, very walkable to town, and the bed is comfortable. Not a place you want to hang out at, but it does the trick for a place to stay for a weekend in the snow.

The condo is convenient for a ski trip since it's nearby the gondola in the village, however, someone can tell it's a very old condo that hasn't been renovated for quite a while. The main issue though is that the condo was extremely cold when we arrived and it took us almost 2 days to bring it to a normal temperature

Good communication about check-in and during our stay. Everything was really clean and the unit is as described/shown on VRBO. Location gives you easy access to the Village or Canyon lodges. The mattress is slightly uncomfy but after a long day of skiing, it really didn’t matter and everything is very comfortable! Like any downstairs unit, there was some foot traffic noise from upstairs but not disruptive. Overall perfect place for a quick ski trip!

Close to the village but probably longer than you want to be walking in ski boots and carrying your gear. The place was clean and had all the necessary items. The instructions did not mention we needed to put a permit for parking. We got a warning sticker which was pasted on the window of our vehicle saying it would be towed by 4pm. It look my partner 30 minutes to scrape off the warning sticker. The heat is also only in the living room so you’ll need to leave all doors open to get heat in the bedroom and bathroom and even then it was still a bit cold.

1 BR 1BA perfect for a couple. Location is walkable to village. Blue Line bus stops at top of driveway and takes you to Canyon lodge. Well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and some basic spices.

I’ve stayed in the complex before, and this unit did not disappoint per usual! Very spacious for 2 people and a short walk to the village gondola for skiing and getting to the restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is excellent. Taking the blue line to and from canyon lodge was extremely convenient, even with younger kids and their gear! The walk to the village is quite short if you're not carrying gear, so it gives options if you want to eat out in the evening. We were a little concerned about the size of the condo for 4 people but it turned out just fine! The condo makes efficient use of the space. We were able to leave the futon extended as a bed the entire time for the kids and it didn't obstruct the way too much. I would probably look for something larger for 4 adults, but it works great for a family of 4 with kids that can share a smaller bed.We would definitely stay here again!
