Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I like that the location is walking distance to Canyon Lodge. The condo is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is relatively equipped but there’s not much spice and cooking basics. You have to purchase or bring your own stuff if you cook. The heater in the living is loud. My son had to sleep in my room one night because it kept on waking him up. There were no soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion in the bathrooms. I found a body wash under the sink so I used that. Other than that, it was a good place for a 2 nights stay.

I've stayed at this property before, and it does not disappoint. It's small, but cozy. I really like the appointments, and you can tell that the owner is a fan of Mammoth mountain.They used to have a locker key available for the renters, but no longer apparently. That's my only gripe, but that's not a big deal. Overall the property is clean, well kept, and close to the mountain. I couldn't ask for more.

It was myself and my wife with our E-bikes. Only minor issue is that there's no where to charge the bikes if you can't remove your battery. Garage has no outlets to plug into. Condo has all the necessary cooking utensils and is clean and comfortable.

Was pretty great. The covered garage parking was a bonus during snowfall. The place could have been cleaner, the carpet for instance, and the sofa bed was not the best. And three stair flights up was a lug. But the location was choice and the vibe was stoked.

Electric wall heater was dead when we arrived. Water poured in the bedroom window from a roof issue. Management gave us a space heater and got a roofing guy there the next day. Good service. Unfortunately there is a terrible smell of sewage in the stairwell. The condo was nice and an easy walk to canyon lodge.

Excellent fully remodeled condo great for a small family. Great location with regards to proximity to hot tub however it was sadly broken the entire length of our trip so we never got to use it.
