MSRC Unit 82 is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo with all the comforts of home, perfect for 2-3 couples or a family. It is a beautifully decorated, sunny unit with a large balcony for enjoying the Sierra views. Conveniently located near Canyon Lodge with a ski back trail that runs right behind the building for easy access after a fun day on the mountain.
Maximum Occupancy: This unit accommodates up to 6 people.
Bedroom Arrangements: The master bedroom features a brand new king bed (2019) with a flat screen tv and a private bathroom. The second bedroom features 2 brand new queen size beds (2019) with a flat screen and a private bathroom. | | Unit Amenities: The full sized kitchen is complete with propane stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, fully stocked dishware, and cooking utensils. In the living room there is propane fireplace, comfy furniture, flat screen tv and a large sunny balcony. This unit is close to spa, pool, bbq and rec room and is located above the garage. The ski back trail runs behind this unit's building.
On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and 2 indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV!
Views: This sunlit unit has views of Sherwin, Lincoln and Mammoth Mountains.
You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.
Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.
Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.
On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

The condo fit our family perfectly. Don’t have any complains. (Except the pillows ?) Little things could have been added to help like more trash bags or other immaterial items but overall. It all worked great!
the rooms were big with comfortable beds and bedding. the living room was cozy. and the property was walking distance to canyon lodge. and there is garage parking for 1 car.

We had a nice time using #82 as our home base for a spring trip. The location was perfect and the place was clean.
