Our stay was extremely disappointing. The sauna and jacuzzi were unavailable due to a gas leak, and there was no central heating in the house. Instead, we had only two small wall heaters, which were completely inadequate—temperatures inside never rose above 60F, and it dropped below freezing at night. Our kids were cold, and to make matters worse, there were no extra blankets provided. For the most expensive weekend in Mammoth, we paid 1,700 for two nights, expecting a comfortable stay with the amenities promised. Instead, we got a freezing house and terrible management. When I raised my concerns with the manager, he kept insisting it wasn’t their fault because the fire department shut off the gas. However, as a paying guest, I expect the property to provide basic necessities—heat, a functioning spa, and proper customer service. This was an unacceptable experience, and I will never stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying in this updated unit. Remodeled bathrooms and kitchen with everything we needed to cook our meal. Cozy living room with gas fireplace. Great location to be able to walk to Canyon Lodge.

The location to the office, community spa is just across the building and the distance to Canyon Lodge is very short. The best part about this unit is the amazing view of the slopes, sitting high above other units. Being that it remodeled recently and well stocked pantry with kitchen supplies, I only wish we could stay longer. Highly recommended!

The property was very nice, clean and the view is spectacular. Short walk to the slopes. Looks like it was newly remodeled. Everything is updated and nicely organized.

As advertised it was priced cheaper than others in MSRC. Updated living room and stone fireplace. Kitchen and bathrooms a bit outdated but who really cares. This place is made to sleep 6-7 comfortably, within walking distance to Canyon Lodge and at a competitive price. Great views as well. Would stay again.

over all the stay was pleasant, although the parking arrangement is very stricted, when we first came with only one vehicle which we were told to park at the assigned unit but there was a car next to us and the icy road condition, so we asked office to allow us to park at nearby empty space but they said no. This is not a cooperative attitude. Temp is extremely cold on the first night and the heating equipment is not working fast enough, so we have to sleep under cold condition but the second night was ok, We end up leaving one day early due to severe snow condition. When booking this place which is up on the hill and under snow condition which can be very hazardous to make it up there, chain is required. the view is beautiful.

We stayed here over Christmas. Considering we booked late in the season, this place did the job, and we were able to spend a few days in Mammoth with a roof over our heads, but the condo definitely needs upgrades. It's hard to wash dishes off in the kitchen sink because you can't get the dishes under the faucet because the faucet is too short. The curtains were falling off the wall over the balcony door. You can hear people in the next condo over and not just hear them, hear WHOLE conversations. It was difficult to control the temperature in the place because the thermostat only turned the fireplace on and off and each bedroom had a built in wall heater that couldn't be set to a certain temperature. While taking a shower, the hot water stopped abruptly and there was no hot water for hours. There wasn't much cleaning supplies available, so we contacted the office and had to go there to get more, which is only open until 5pm.
