Maximum Occupancy: This unit sleeps six people. | | Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom has a kingbed. The second bedroom has a king and a Euro bunk bed (full on the bottom and twin on the top). There is a 4th bed under the bottom bunk.

Unit Amenities: The full-sized kitchen is complete with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishware, and cooking materials! For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the propane fireplace! The living room has a TV, couches, and a wonderful view of Mammoth Mountain.

This unit is located on the lower road with minimal stairs (6) to get to the front door. This condo is 2 levels. The top level is the kitchen, living, and dining rooms with one bathroom. The bedrooms and other bathrooms are located downstairs.

On-site Amenities: Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and an indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV!
