    There were two rental properties: 32 and 26 we accuired. It was a long weekend and prices were extremely high every where for a big party. These two rentals were the most affordable ones and we really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, condos were fairly spacious, clean, had great availability of kitchen and bathroom supply. Thank you for providing great accommodations. For owner view only: Please refresh and clean the dishwasher and consider changing 4 single mattresses on the upper floor in Unit 32. Thank you

    Always a pleasure renting at this development. It is very close to eateries and shopping. The units we have rented are very clean, and tastefully decorated, which is a major plus on our vacation experience. There is only 1 thing we did not like, the time to head home, but we'll be back.

    Always great staying on #32 as I call it, this is the fifth year we've stayed here and was great as always. The showers on the bottom rooms got an upgrade on the floors that makes it look even better. We had new guests join us on our mini vacation and they loved how they were able to walk everywhere, from Vons, Starbucks, movie theater and plenty of local restaurants. Can't wait for next years trip.

    The location is great and we always have a wonderful time staying in Mammoth for the 4th of July. As far as this rental, it needs some updates. Carpet dirty, water stains on ceiling, no propane in the gas grill. I'd give this condo a 3/5, compared to the other rentals on this property.

    Rental company was really nice and easy to communicate. The property location was perfect, it was walking distance from stores, equipment rentals and restaurants. The property itself was little bit old. The carpets looked old and dirty. I didn’t like the carpeted bathroom floors either!The bedroom lights were too beam!The light in the walk-in closet of one of the master bedrooms was installed at the top of the shelf with no shield! This was a MAJOR fire hazard! We informed the property management and hopefully they’ll take action ASAP!Also there were extra boxes of tiles on the walk-in closet (needed that space for the bulky snow shoes)!I wouldn't go to the same property again!

    Overall this was a great stay. This condo was clean and cozy and had everything we needed for our our weekend. Its only a 5 min drive to Eagle lodge, 10 min to Canyon lodge and there's a Vons right across the street. We did have 2 problems, one of the shower heads didn't work and the refrigerator was not working. We called maintenance and they came out and fixed the shower head the same day but the refrigerator needed parts. The management company reimbursed us for this inconvenience which was much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

    This is my 5th time staying in this place and it gets better every time. This townhomes is literally walking distance to everywhere (Nick & Willis pizza, The Stove, Vons, Ramen). The Village is also in walking distance. I can't wait to come back again.

    Our stay was wonderful. The cabin is clean, close to everything, and very comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. I would recommend this cabin to anyone.
