This 3 bedroom plus loft spacious townhouse is very centrally located to town,

walking distance to the grocery store, retail and dining. This spacious

floorplan allows the whole group to spread out and enjoy your mountain

adventure. On the entry level of the townhome are the 3 bedrooms and laundry

with a washer and dryer. The first and second bedrooms feature a Queen bed,

with full en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is the

primary featuring a King bed, flatscreen TV with firestick, and full en-suite

bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combo. On the middle level is an

additional full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A full kitchen is fully

stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, Keurig coffee maker, a

dining area with seating for 6 with additional bar seating. Cozy in the living

room around the wood burning fireplace and catch a game or movie on the large

60 flatscreen smart TV. The property has a private balcony overlooking the

rest of the complex. On the third story of the townhome is the loft featuring

two twin beds, the perfect hang out for the kiddos. The Mammoth Sierra

Townhomes complex offers a swimming pool (Summer only), two year-round outdoor

hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities with parking available right in front

of the unit. You can catch the red line shuttle from the main road, Meridian

Blvd, which takes you throughout town and can quickly shuttle you to Eagle

Lodge to access the lifts. All guests receive complimentary full access to

Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool,

steam room, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.
