Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was our third time staying at this unit at the Mammoth Greens. We love this location and the pool and spa are relaxing and private. The owners have upgraded the flooring. This is a cozy condo and everything is well maintained. Great location close to downtown, a quick jaunt to Old Mammoth Road, and a few blocks to the road up to the Lakes. Free privileges at the beautiful Snow Creek fitness center. It is a few blocks away from one of the ski lift centers for those winter visitors. So, very convenient and comfortable, and reasonably priced.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Overall a very good experience with this unit. The snow was very deep upon our arrival in the evening and we struggled to find our unit a bit since the path to our building was not plowed. You park under a different building for this unit. We needed flashlights to find our way (because of the high snow). It was very dark as we entered as none of the porch lights were on. The porch lights seem to be controlled by timers from the HOA and kept the entry dark. The unit itself is very comfortable (great sofa) and well appointed with items needed and enough dishes. Lots of games in the cabinet. Great dining table with lots of space. The King bed was firm, there were extra pillows provided. We walked to Eagle lodge and it took about 15 min. We would return!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My family had a very lovely stay in Mammoth in this unit. It was exactly as described, well equipped with the essential necessities, good communication from the management company, and underground parking is always a plus in the winter.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Second time in this condo and we’re glad we returned. Everything works and clean. Only maintenance suggestion is the deadbolt lock sticks and is difficult to lock. Worth replacing.Will be back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Clean and pleasant rental. Well located in town. Kitchen was fully equipped. Much more than the normal rental. Only complaint. Not all normal TV channels functioned.
