When you’re ready to unwind, enjoy community amenities including a seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna within the Krystal Villa East complex. WiFi is provided, and coin-operated laundry is available on-site (no private washer/dryer).

• Stairs: The home has stairs and a sleeping loft. Stairs are required.

• Complex has multiple community grills near the pool.

• Parking: Lot parking is first-come, first-served for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be provided in the unit upon arrival (hung near the entrance). Please return the passes at checkout.

• Laundry: There are no private laundry facilities. A coin-operated laundry is available in the complex.

• Shuttle & access: It’s an easy walk to a stop on the free winter shuttle for access to Mammoth Mountain and around town.

• WiFi & cell service: Due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, WiFi and cellular service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable town-wide. Speed and reliability are not guaranteed.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of a pet is found during or after your stay, an additional cleaning fee will apply.

• Community amenities: The pool, hot tub, and sauna are communal within Krystal Villa East and are managed by the HOA. Availability may vary.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

    The condo itself was excellent - clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and exactly as described. We genuinely loved the unit. Communication was great via textHowever, during our stay a major snowstorm hit. While the storm itself was obviously outside the host’s control, the ENTIRE assigned parking lot was not plowed at all, including at the 10am checkout time. This was OVER a 24 hour period too....We began attempting to leave at checkout and found the lot completely buried in 3-4 feet of snow with no vehicle access to the street, and were stranded.As a result, we had to manually shovel a path out of the lot in freezing conditions in order to exit the property which took 2 hours. A proactive warning about potential parking inaccessibility, or minimal plow access for vehicle egress at checkout, should've happened, so we could've planned accordingly. When you're promised a parking spot, it's assumed it will be usable. The unit itself was great, and beds very comfy, but future guests visiting during heavy storm cycles should be aware that parking access may be unreliable with high chance of snow-in. Park near the entrance of the lot to be safe if needed

    We were awakened each morning to the sound of the neighbors music and TV through the walls. It wasn't that the volume was so high; the walls were just that thin.
