This townhome is perfect for two families! This unit is non-smoking and pets are permitted. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Perfect location, plenty of space for two families with teenage kids. Everyone had a blast.
Good condo with comfortable sleeping as described. Liked the parking right outside the front door and plenty of firewood. Unit could be a little newer, but nothing was an issue and it allowed our dog.
Well kept, large condo. Within walking distance to shopping and dining at the Village. We had a minor maintenance issue and the host took care of it right away.

We rented this unit for a hiking weekend with our kids, their friends, and our two dogs. This unit served us well with enough room for all. The vacant treed lot across the street was perfect for the dogs.
Condo was great. Carpets need cleaning as well as area rug in entry way. Very comfortable for 3 families. One of the families said they didn't think the heater was working in bedroom with bunk beds. Also, no firewood for fireplace. We had to purchase our own. We never called to inquire. We locked ourselves out of condo on first day but we contacted owner and they responded very quickly. Will definitely come and stay again. Close to village and ample parking.
