This beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom two-story condo is perfectly

located just one block from The Village and Gondola, ideal for your Mammoth

Lakes getaway. Featuring vaulted ceilings, modern upgrades and an electric

fireplace. This home offers a bright and comfortable mountain retreat. The

main level includes an open living space with a large flatscreen TV, cozy

seating, and a dining area for six. The fully updated kitchen features

stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and everything needed to

prepare meals. A full bathroom with walk-in shower and a private washer/dryer

add convenience. Downstairs, both bedrooms are thoughtfully separated for

privacy. The primary bedroom features a king bed, flatscreen TV, and a Jack-

and-Jill bathroom. The second bedroom is perfect for families, offering a

twin-over-queen bunk plus an additional twin-over-twin bunk. This unit

comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and overlooks the pool area for easy access

to community amenities. Located in Mammoth Estates, you’ll enjoy walkable

access to dining, shopping, nightlife, and skiing, plus a shuttle stop across

the street for easy travel around town.Amenities include a year-round hot tub

and sauna, recreation room, and summer pool. Your stay also includes

complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier

fitness and recreation facility. Amenities include an indoor heated pool,

steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, and cycling studios, as

well as racquetball and basketball courts. In the summer, guests can also take

advantage of the outdoor pool, along with tennis and pickleball courts. Non-

    We come up every year to Mammoth and always stay through Mammoth Sierra. This was another great condo. It had everything that our family needed, was very close to the Village gondola and the beds were all comfortable. My kids really enjoyed playing board games by the fire and I appreciated that I was able to find everything I needed in the kitchen.

    We spent Christmas weekend at this condo and we’re so happy to see how close we were to the village! Great location and a very comfortable condo for our family get together! We cooked alot and we’re grateful for the huge assortment of kitchen wear and dishes/glasses!

    The old carpet was a deal breaker for us. Carpet in the bathroom - yuck. Carpet on the stairs was a hazard. All the furniture was really nice, but the dirty, stained carpet throughout the place will prevent us from returning.

    The team at Mammoth Reservations were amazing to work with, from the time of booking through checkout. Mammoth received over 6 feet of snow the week of our stay and the roads were closed on the date of our departure. They worked with us to help extend our stay, keeping our family safe. The condo was as advertised, great location, an easy walk to the gondola. Looking forward to staying again!

    The Mammoth Estates are old and worn. This unit is in need of renovation but is well equipped and has a great location close to the main town.
