bedroom, one bathroom located right on the Mammoth Creek! Enjoy being central

and close to town with only a short walk to the grocery store, movie theater,

bowling alley, shops and coffee, but with the beauty of gorgeous creekside

views in a quiet neighborhood.



Inside this entirely remodeled unit, cozy up by the wood burning fireplace, or

catch a movie on the flatscreen TV with Roku streaming and Hulu Live TV (no

cable TV). The living room features a Twin sofa bed if you need additional

sleeping, as well as an air mattress for the 4th person. Prepare meals for the

family in the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bar

seating at the breakfast bar and dining area for 4. The Master bedroom

features a King bed, walk-in closet and beautiful serene views of the Mammoth

Creek Meadow. The full bathroom is accessed across the hall with tub/shower

combo and vanity. The spacious deck provides you the space to soak up the

beautiful location, with outdoor furniture in the Spring/Summer. The condo

offers an exterior ski locker to store all of your gear.



The Mammoth Creek community offers an indoor Hot Tub and Sauna year-round, and

an outdoor pool and tennis courts in the Summer. There are BBQ and picnic

area's also available in the Summer months, and coin operated laundry machines

available for use. It is centrally located with a short walk to Groceries,

Coffee Shops, Restaurants & Shops. Just 100 yards from the Mammoth Creek park,

you can fish the creek, use the playground or picnic at the tables or large

grassy area or enjoy the Mammoth Community Rec Zone or LA Kings Ice that

offers a host of activities and year-round recreation opportunities. There are

also EV car chargers available for free use at the Rec Zone. This is a

downstairs unit with 1 step to access, and 1 level inside. This condo sleeps a

maximum of 4, if you need additional sleeping arrangements, please request a

pack-n-play or blow-up mattress from our office. The unit is non-smoking, does

NOT allow pets, and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces.



All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to

enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness

facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two

parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free

    We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Mammoth Creek. The location is great, the condo was very clean and very nicely decorated. I would stay here again in summer or winter. Good for 2-4 people to stay in. The only slight downfall we had was that the wifi was great the first day and then was very poor the rest of the time we were there. Not sure if it was an issue with the Suddenlink service or maybe just the router needed to be reset. It did not detract from our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

    This well equipped apartment lies in a development near to the main village. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Loads of storage space in the bedroom with a walk in wardrobe. The balcony view is to the mountains but sheltered with forest. There are cycle tracks nearby and the village trolley bus is a short walk to the main road. i loved this place and would return again.

    Loved the location and ability to take the trail and walk around the village. The condo was comfortable and clean, the bedding wonderful, the kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and would come again. Only issue- the internet was really spotty. We had to call for help initially logging in and then five times unplug and reset the router.

    The place way remodeled and very nice. Clean and kept up well. Easy access to the bike trails which was our main activity. Easy access to the main part of town without being in the town center.

    This place worked out great for me! I loved the fireplace and the fully stocked kitchen. The location is amazing- quick 10 min walk to the grocery store and several bars/restaurants. Plus, it is located RIGHT on the town loop walking trail. And just a quick drive to Eagle Lodge to start your ski day. A little long of a walk to the nearest bus/shuttle stop. The only negatives for this place are 1) it is a downstairs unit, I got lucky and no one was above me for the majority of my stay, however when people did check in, they were very loud. And 2) the wifi was VERY unreliable, I work remote and had to use a hot spot on my phone on multiple occasions.
